“Beautiful, warmer than usual winter day in South Lake Tahoe. Stopped into Insomnia Cookies for a warm delicious chocolate chip cookie. After ordering 6 deluxe cookies (Oatmeal Walnut Chocolate Chip- chefs kiss 😘), decided to indulge into trying their ice cream. As our wonderful hostess, Karen, offered samples of flavors, she introduced this signature flavor chocolate chip dream. This sample was not only delicious it had my brain in overdrive! Not because of its fabulous texture and taste, but this chocolate based ice cream is PURPLE!
