The staff busted their butts even though they were short staffed and in the middle of a blizzard. Hector the bar tender acted as waiter and made sure we were well taken care of. Thanks Hector!

Had the lamb chops, which were very good. The salmon was ok. The drinks were good. The service was good. Not a good place for a romantic dinner. Lots of families. Otherwise it was fine.

Visited here with friends who were staying at this resort. Very disappointing experience. We came hungry and left hungry. We all ordered something different. Prime rib was full of grizzle. I wanted the chicken piccata which came with mashed potatoes. They would not substitute fries or any other potato without an additional charge. The only thing they offered was a few extra vegetables, mainly carrots. Not great customer service. In addition, there was no basket of bread or rolls to munch on while you waited.

Food was as good as everything else we had in the area. Donna our server though was just amazing. Extremely knowledgeable about the dishes. So friendly. Made us feel like we were the most important people there. Thank you so

Do not come here.Me and my family came in around 8pm and they were half empty.A man who I later found out was a buffoon told us to sit anywhere we wanted. Hungry we chose the table in front of him, he was behind the bar. The bar was empty. He then proceeded to ignore us and start pouring himself drinks and watching a UFC fight.15 minutes pass no service20 minutes pass no service, HOWEVER we watched this buffoon walk to the table next to us and give them menus.30 minutes pass no serviceWe left.

The Echo Restaurant at the Lake Tahoe Resort Hotel simply ROCKS!! A BIG Shout Out to Donna and Hector who delivered a 5 Star Dining Experience to my Family and I while we were Vacationing in beautiful Lake Tahoe, California.Our dinner was Delicious and our Wait Staff was the BEST in the State of California!! Overall not very impressive for being in Lake Tahoe. We gave them a chance since we were staying at the hotel and it was close by. The ladies who served us were very nice but the food just wasn't up to par for the price in my opinion.

Our waiter was very attentive to us! My husband ordered a Bloody Mary (not spicy) bartender came to our table to see if his drink was ok! The food was spectacular!

The food was good. If you ever go make sure you request Donna to help you out. She is the sweetest human and took VERY good care of me and my family

Went for dessert but left almost immediately after we tasted the watered-down drinks. Just not a tasty place and the vibe is not fun or welcoming. Unimpressed.There are too many other fun, more invoting options at the Village to waste your time or money at this establishment. Move along.

We were blown away by this place. One of the best meals I’ve had in a long time. I highly recommend the appetizer of short rib on toasted bread and the ravioli. I don’t even normally like pasta and I’m still thinking about how good that ravioli was. Not to mention, we also had delicious cocktails.

Tried to get takeout, they wouldn't let me order.

Had the chicken piccata for dinner. Meal was absolutely delicious and the server was great. Very knowledgeable on the menu and great suggestions.
