The beer selection is fantastic and our server was attentive. The pretzel with the onion-bacon jam is a necessary starter, but it's really big...so, share with a friend or two. The beet salad is lovely and refreshing, I really appreciated the mint in there. The prices were a touch on the spendy side and the atmosphere was a bit loud for some of the folks with us, especially for those wearing a hearing aid (she ended up taking them out).

My mom and I stopped by Himmel Haus during our Tahoe trip, and it ended up being one of the highlights of our visit! We were lucky to have Solomon as our waiter—he was incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive throughout our meal. You can tell he’s genuinely passionate about the restaurant and made excellent recommendations.

The food was so freaking good! I've been to Germany during my military service and honestly their food brought back so many memories. Their team was very nice and funny bringing the time we spent there great. Parking is very limited which was frustrating only because of those trying to park.
