Very bad food in this restaurant. The service was quite nice, but unfortunately it wasn't enough and didn't do justice to the price. It's a disgrace because they charge so much for this frozen preparation. Never here again!!

Food took forever and it was just spinach dip. The dip wasn't hot because it didn't even melt the cheese. Chips were extra salty and had a week drink. Way to expensive for what you get and the crappy service.

The food is mediocre at best with absurd prices. I got the fish n chips, and the fish was the same quality as frozen fish fillets you get at a grocery store. The fries were old, hard, and stale. I ordered my son fried shrimp off the kids' menu, and they rang him in for an adult meal. His meal ended up costing more than mine! I got a pina colada, and it was the best part about this experience, so I ordered another one, and it must have been a different bartender because the second one was not good. The flavor was off and the ice wasn't blended properly. For $20 a drink, you think it'd be consistent. Two meals, three drinks was $100. Never again.

There is something cold and sterile about this place. Like walking into a mall food court. Having said that, bar service was sort of friendly and happy hour margarita was good (but light on the alcohol).

They were the only restaurant open at 9 p.m. in South Lake. It took 20 minutes to get a shot and a beer despite there being only 3 or 4 tables occupied in the place. I had the $20 shrimp appetizer which was sadly underwhelming. The boys had the Philly Cheese Steak that was meh and for some reason, got two different kinds of fries.
I guess they can charge the kind of money they did being the only place that was open but I certainly wouldn't go back there if I had any kind of choice!

Atmosphere good. Menu good. Execution bad. It's a shame. I wanted to like this place. Items we ordered were missed. Wait staff was not attentive. A little disappointed in the mixed drinks too.

Nice location in the middle of shopping and lots of outdoor seating. My fried shrimp was way overcooked. The food was average, what you would expect from a chain.

Restaurant looked nice with a cool bar that opened up to the deck outside. Walked in and were seated within 5 minutes. Service seemed overwhelmed for a fairly slow evening, our server seemed to work a lot of tables. Food came out fairly quickly and hot. We had Mahi tacos, Philly steak, loaded chips, and kiddo shrimp plate. Everything was amazing, prices were great for amount of food, and we’d definitely eat here again.

Even though they have a gluten-free bun for their burgers, nothing else is gluten free. If you have to eat gluten-free like me, I don't recommend this place. But the burger was good.

Barman expecting a tip just for serving 6 drinks at the bar. When he was informed this wasnt happening but we would leave a tip at the end of our visit, he snatched the receipt away in an overly aggressive manner saying " I've heard that one before" with an appalling attitude. Why some people choose to behave in such an entitled manner always amazes me. I spoke to the manager later about the experience and explained that where I come from, a tip is given for good service and not just because someone thinks they should automatically receive it. He agreed it was poor & unacceptable. We did leave a tip but it was reduced because of the actions of one individual. The food & drinks were good.

The food was meh, I didn’t realize it was associated with Margaritaville franchise. It’s a chain restaurant, overpriced and average. The service was terrible. It was not busy and there was plenty of staff. Our waiter was forgetful and legit ran around as if he was the only one working. Yet he couldn’t remember to bring refills, orders were brought out wrong, and he forgot to put one dish in.
