We ate here for the first time took over 40 mins to be seen by a waiter and get drink orders I get things have been slow but no excuse we didn't have the best food it was over cooked and priced way to high for what we got

Chain restaurant food at resort prices. Service was horrible, be prepared to sit at your table for 20 minutes before getting water. It didn't get better from there.

We were able to book straight away for a birthday brunch with my son & friends! The service was helpful & friendly, great seating and the wait staff were accommodating. Burgers seem to have been the best options at this restaurant as our crab cakes and tuna dishes left a lot to be desired....

Mahi fish tacos were fresh grilled and delicious! The carne asada tacos were really flavorful and tender. Cool vibe and great drinks. Great happy hour!

The outdoor seating area is great. The food was very good. We had a Philly Cheesesteak sandwich, fried shrimp, and fish & chips, as well as Margaritas and craft beers. Our waiter left a lot to be desired. He said he was too busy to help put the umbrella up, we had to get forks, salt & pepper, and hot sauce from the busboy, and we had to go to the bar ourselves to order our second drinks. However, the management, busboy, and bartender were friendly and helpful. We would definitely go back. Note that it's valet parking only, so walk if you can.

Went specifically for the Landshark on draft, but they were out! How do you run out of Landshark at Landshark bar and grill? Ordered the Landshark burger and it came as a single instead of a double burger as advertised.

We had some friends in town and had a great time before heading over to the Tahoe Night Monster's! Food was very good and so was the service--highly recommend!

This restraint left so much to be desired. My daughter and I went for my birthday dinner, and from the incredibly rude and dismissive host, who, by the way, is just too good to answer any questions, and can't believe the audacity you show when asking one, to the server that took just under a half an hour to take our drink order, and we decided to do an appetizer there, get our main dishes to go, and 10 min later we got our check, which he waited at the table for payment and uncomfortably waited to ensure a good tip, about 7 min later we got our to go dishes and asked for refills on drinks, and where our peel and shrimp app was, we were told it was being made still, as though waiting 20 min for cold shrimp that is precooked is beyond reasonable, and five min later he threw it on the table and left, no drink refills! I absolutely hate it when the only thing that comes on time is the check, this was way worse!!!

Food was not good at all!!!! Fish tacos didn't have any taste. Carne Asada tacos were tough. Fries undercooked. Only thing that was amazing was our waitress!!! If it wasn't for her we would have left. She fixed the fry problem as well as a salad that I received that was soggy. It definitely wasn't worth the $130 we spent there.

Unfortunately I have to leave the Landshark a poor review. Being a Buffett fan I was excited to go to Margaritaville Resort. The food was mediocre to terrible. All nine of us diners complained of the poor taste and poor quality of the food. I had the kingston chicken. Yuk!! It was strips of overcooked, dry chicken. And it came out of the kitchen luke warm. The other person who ordered the same, couldn't eat his kingston chicken. The burgers according to our other guests in our party all said it was mediocre to poor. Ceviche, the same. The spicy veggie burger was, blah. Don't order the key lime pie. Having lived in the Florida Keys, it was not good. The slice came out of the kitchen just below freezing temperature. It was very hard to slice into. It also had an after taste that was not pleasant. It also took a long time for our food to come out from the kitchen. Prior to our food arriving, food runners brought food to our table that belonged to other tables. Most working there are new employees and clueless. But they were nice and friendly. Our server, Carina, was very pleasant. She did her best with what tools she had. For the nine people, our bill was over $500.00. This was a terrible experience. We all agreed to never return. The food service management needs to be trained or replaced. Being a foody, this was a big waste of time, money and experience.

Very bad food in this restaurant. The service was quite nice, but unfortunately it wasn't enough and didn't do justice to the price. It's a disgrace because they charge so much for this frozen preparation. Never here again!!

Food took forever and it was just spinach dip. The dip wasn't hot because it didn't even melt the cheese. Chips were extra salty and had a week drink. Way to expensive for what you get and the crappy service.

The food is mediocre at best with absurd prices. I got the fish n chips, and the fish was the same quality as frozen fish fillets you get at a grocery store. The fries were old, hard, and stale. I ordered my son fried shrimp off the kids' menu, and they rang him in for an adult meal. His meal ended up costing more than mine! I got a pina colada, and it was the best part about this experience, so I ordered another one, and it must have been a different bartender because the second one was not good. The flavor was off and the ice wasn't blended properly. For $20 a drink, you think it'd be consistent. Two meals, three drinks was $100. Never again.
