We went two nights in a row.
First evening just for margaritas and happy hour - bartender was great and the margaritas were awesome.
Second evening we went for dinner and had a great meal.
Our server, Amber, was amazing. Very attentive, and friendly.
Food was great and we had a great time all around.

Since the food is priced high you’d think the food would taste better. The beans looked like they went through a blender!! I’ve never seen anything like it! This is NOT authentic Mexican food.

Order the chicken soup from here, but it was very salty. Said it was coming with tortillas did not receive charge for things I did not get a table people seemed very friendly and hard-working, although the food kinda lacked.

Food was lack luster in flavor and texture. The bead reminded me of a bean smoothie was not worth the price.

Slow service, multiple people came to take care of us, food took a long time, hot plates but lukewarm warm food, been here multiple times usually great, poor staffing.

I was looking forward to a margarita and some good Mexican food. The margarita was weak and bland. Tortilla chips bland and the salsa gross. I wanted Bistec Encebollado but nope, he suggested carne asada so I got that. After a long wait I was served dried out overcooked beef. Overpriced and disappointing.

Used to love this spot. New menu sucks. Prices too high. Refried beans were flavorless and runny like soup. Fajita fillings tasted more like Thai food than Mexican.

I give the 1970's decor a pass because of the cool photos on the walls and the general vibe. The Mariposa margarita was awesome; the food was good; and the service was perfect. I would come here again.

Wife got an alacart chicken Tostata $12.95 it was very small & didn't even have beans on the tortilla. My Carnitas plate was ok but well over $20.
Many years ago, this was Los Trese Hombries (sp?) Not resemblance to the old joint
