Great service, enjoyable food. I'm glad we went when it wasn't busy. The place must get Flooded with people. It's worth going!! However, I'm not thrilled with crowds. I will again avoid the busy times.

Atmosphere is fine; waiter is polite; but food is absolutely garbage. The Irish beef pot is dumped with tomato paste and tastes worse than the one from costco. There is barely any beef too. They also charge credit card fee. I do not recommend to come

Cool place, life music... fun and energetic... This was our 1st time here. The only thing was the service... host did a great job sitting us..The server could have been a bit chill with taking our order, helping with some choices... other than that, we liked the experience and recommended this restaurant. The cocktails were great, burger was very good, huge by the way... the sweet potato fries were awesome..

Fantastic service. I had a great time! Decently priced drinks. We sat outside and it was glorious.

Ordered the artichoke spinach dip, pulled pork sliders. The sliders were ridiculous with the portions of meat pulled high. They had great flavor and I would definitely order them again. The spinach artichoke dip was insanity with how many chunks of artichoke were in the dish. The orange Creamsicle drink tasted different from a few years back when I had it, it almost had a pineapple taste to it. The blackjack drink tasted like an otterpop which was interesting as the alcohol was very forward. The service was excellent and they had live music on the Wednesday night we went.

We came in twice during our trip to Lake Tahoe. Both times we were served by Tracy who was such a sweetheart! She made sure we were taken cared of. The food was delicious, but having Tracy be our server made us want to come back again. Thank you for the great experience! - Blanca, David, and baby Aliyah :)

Very nice presentation and it was delicious. The salad came with balsamic glaze and it paired well with the chicken. The chicken was cooked perfectly. Came on a Friday night and it was packed. It normally is. We come often. Great selection of food and drinks

We arrived on St Patrick's Day; it was packed! We waited 30 minutes for a table at 4:15pm. Our server was quick and she really knows her trade; she quickly recommend Cali Squeeze (an orange beer that was made green for the special day), and recommended some tasty soup from the menu. That was the best part of our experience at McP's Tap house. Sadly, the restaurant did not offer corned beef and cabbage, a traditional meal that we enjoy on St. Patrick's Day, so we were a bit disappointed. Instead, we settled for a Reuben McP's corned beef sandwich.

I liked this place so much, I went there multiple nights in a row on a trip to Lake Tahoe. Honestly, could be some of the best food in town. The nachos weren't my favorite since they had 711 style squirt nacho cheese that made my stomach hurt on the first bite, but everything else I had there was great. The pretzel appetizer was my favorite hands down. The staff was great and made my experience. Plus, live music is always the best. I don't think I'd be back in town, but if I was I would certainly go here again.

Super cool spot! We took a day trip up to Lake Tahoe and a local person we met in Folsom specifically recommended this spot. The food was good, the service was amazing, and the outdoor patio was so cool! It had a nice Tahoe/ski village vibe and a good selection of drafts! It was on the expensive side to us but it seemed average for California prices. Definitely would come here again if we come back to Lake Tahoe!Dietary restrictions: Gluten friendly options available here

$9 for draft beers was a bit much, but to be expected around Stateline. They usually have live music which is nice.

Glad we came into this place. Live music, great atmosphere, nice patriotic restaurant. Service was also fantastic. We had the Sheppards pie, elotes, and maple cheesecake. If I lived here I would be a regular!

Great Spot!!! If you are visiting Lake Tahoe and looking for a great place to eat and have a drink this is the place! The food is great! We had the Sheppards Pie for main course, Elote - Mexican Street Corn for an appetizer and Maple Cheesecake for dessert. The portions are huge… you will leave stuffed. Service was top notch and the atmosphere is great! Prices are good as well. You should definitely give this place a try!
