Primos Italian Bistro

This is real authentic Italian food. The pizza crust is nice thin crispy with just the right amount of cheese. The carbonara is EXCELLENT!!!
The meatballs ( we had as an appetizer.. not pictured) were excellent & tender & on the lighter size of Italian seasoning. There must be an Italian nana cooking back in that kitchen

Cute little Italian hole in the wall. Service was amazing and friendly — asking about our trip and great with refills. Got the friend pickles (best we’ve ever had) and mozzarella sticks (cheese pull even after they weren’t piping hot!). Our pizza came out fast and they were on the darker side on the crust — hence the 4 star. Would recommended this place to anyone!

Arrived at primos for happy hour. Waitress said wait while she caught up. She only had three tables. We were there well before 5pm. We waited until she sat us and of course it was after 5pm. We won't be going back. The tahoe entertainer news paper said happy hour from 4:30-6:00. That's why we went.

Came in July 1. Kayla was working alone . She had no one to help bus tables to bring out or take orders. Dinner rush hit. She kept her cool kept moving and tried to see to everyone’s needs all at once she did a fantastic job of not only keeping it together and moving she did it with a smile on her face until help arrived about 45mins later. Food was great her customer service was impressive given the situation.
