There is a good sized outdoor dining area to go with the indoor dining area. There is a small bar counter. The place busy both times we ate here. The food is very good. The service is very good and friendly. You know a restaurant is good when the locals fill up the place. We'll worth a visit.
Ate at Sonney’s after hiking with my family & some good friends…the brisket slapped so hard! It was so damn good! Melt in your mouth, juicy, tender…my burps afterward even tasted delicious lol!!! Pork ribs were amazing too. They didn’t even need sauce. I go to the Rib Cook Off and have had KC & Texas BBQ…Sonney’s can hang with Midwest BBQ legends. I think I need a double helping of Brisket next time!! Our server was on it too! Thanks Sonney’s…can’t wait...
This is one of the best places to eat in all of Tahoe! Food portions are great, everything tastes amazing, and the service is out of this world! Will be going back here every time we have the opportunity to vacation here!
