The workers are really nice. The food on the other hand was not seasoned at all. Cooked decent but no flavor to any of the burgers we tried and the space is small and crowded.

The new Izzy’s. Been here a few times now, and it’s just like Izzy’s, although the atmosphere is very different. (And the old location’s atmosphere was pure nostalgia for me, so it will be hard to compete with that). The burgers are mostly the same as Izzy’s, but they serve milkshakes now, (Izzy’s hadn’t for a while). Parking can be hard during peak hours, but so was Izzy’s.

Burgers were very good and the pesto garlic fries delicious. Not a fancy place but if you want great food quick that is not a fast food chain. They got you!

Parking: Can't see it from the street, it is in the strip mall with parking along store fronts and in back.

These burgers brought me back to the days of hanging out with friends after a football game in L.A. ; )

The guy that took the orders was smiling and so friendly. The burgers were so good!
We also ordered the "frings" . A combo of fries and onion rings. A large was good for 2 of us. Burgers were huge!

The dining area is small and a bit worn. But there's outdoor seating.

Don't leave Tahoe without stopping by here!

As devastating as it was to hear that Izzy’s Burgers was closed forever, nothing made me happier to see the cooks opened their own spot. These are the burgers of my childhood and it was delicious to have them still in Tahoe. Best Burgers at the Lake!

After Izzy's shut down, this had become our new favorite place for burgers! If you want a familiar taste of Tahoe, this is the place to be.

Excellent quality of the burger, the ingredients were high-quality and in plenty supply. I get really bothered by a lot of these places that cheap out on the tomatoes and the quality of the meat, not the case here. They have excellent char boiled burgers and you will not be unsatisfied.

Compared to other places we have tried while vacationing in the area the price was better, the portion size was larger, and the taste was better. The width of the hamburger was huge. I ordered the regular size fries and it looked like a large order. It is good for carry out or a quick sit down at one of their few tables or outside on nice days.

Fresh meat burger, crispy fries, delicious pickles, I love this place. Very friendly service and clean restaurant. Just a few seats for dining inside but picnic tables outside. Plenty of parking. We were looking for a burger place and some of them down the road. We’re just too expensive $24 or so. This place has a great burger for just $9. Cooked on a grill, great tasting burger meat with fresh pickles, tomato, lettuce, and red onion. I just love it. It was so good.. don’t waste your money at the other place is charging $24. My husband and I ate here shared a small fry two burgers two drinks for $26..
