Nice water front restaurant with live music. Fettuccini Alfredo was delicuous but wish the portions were larger. Friendly staff and the outdoor area was a good space for kids to play.

Driving around and found ourselves at the marina. Nice day, nice weather and nice service. A hamburger that was not overcooked and excellent tacos. Will return.

The only reason it got 2 stars is because the location is nice and the server was really pleasant. Been going there for years but not gonna for awhile. Lunch yesterday was beyond disappointing. Fish and chips seemed like they went to Safeway and bought Gordon’s from the freezer section. The soup and salad were gross. The drinks had no alcohol and it was incredibly expensive. I’m staying away until I hear they have made improvements. So disappointed.

I don’t even know where to start.Unlike the others, service was not bad. Probably because on a Saturday at noon we were the only guest there.After ordering it was clear why we were the only people there.The food was horrendous. The calamari looked like fried shoe strings and tasted like death. The nachos were made with ball park nacho cheese. The club sandwich had two slices of meat on it. The BLT looked like a prison meal.Steer clear my Nautical friends.

Plan to have lunch at fresh ketch,but was advised that manager and cook had not shown up. What a waste no wonder only two star advrage. Probably a blessing food Probably sucked.

I should have read the reviews before coming here with my family. Waited over 20 mins for anyone to take a drink order. Only 1 person working for 4 tables.. food was blah, service sucked.. and very $$ for bad experience.. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! Also manny who works there is a joke! Disgusting

The food and service used to be good at the Fresh Ketch. There must be new ownership or something? I have never written restaurant reviews before but this was so bad I thought I should warn people. I took a friend to Fresh Ketch for lunch and we were both very disappointed in our meals and service. Our cocktails (Bloody Mary) were sort of sweet and served with umbrellas. I ordered a Caesar Salad with shrimp added. The shrimp was served separately 10 minutes before the salad came. The salad was served with lettuce ONLY and some watered down salad dressing on it. It tasted more like watered down ranch dressing. My salad was missing the shaved Parmesan cheese as described in the menu. The waitress checked with the kitchen and returned stating that the cheese was bad so they left it off. So I requested some tomato instead and she brought me. Our meals did not come out at the same time. My friend's meal was forgotten and served about 10 minutes after my meal arrived. The waitress blamed this on a computer glitch. When it finally arrived it was a totally different salad than what my friend ordered. The menu had two similar salads on it which was weird. The waitress still charged us for the more expensive one which was not the one my friend ordered. We told the waitress that it was not the correct salad - she didn't fix the issue and bring the correct cobb salad with blue cheese - she only asked my friend if she could bring the topping that were missing on the side for my friend to add. We also had to request the blue cheese salad dressing (it was thin with no blue cheese chunks in it). The garlic bread that we were planned to split with our salads was also forgotten completely. When we mentioned that... the waitress blamed it on the computer glitch again. It arrived when we were finished and getting ready to leave. Thank goodness they comped that because it came out cold, not cooked and on stale bread. This was a "very expensive" embarrassing lunch out - nothing was right. Even the table next to us did not get the salad they ordered! How do you mess up salads and garlic bread? I will definitely never go back to the Fresh Ketch.

My mom and I had lunch there today, I ordered a rum runner and was given a margarita told the waitress that it was a fruit drink she brought the same one back with an orange it, it took 25 minutes before she came and took our order, we watched 4 different parties get up and leave because they never got waited on, our order was a prime rib French dip and a cup of clam chowder, and the cheese bread, our bill was $44 , I had to go get my sandwich, the after waiting 30 minutes for lunch, I was going to cancel and the she ( the waitress) oh just a minute. And handed me the plate. We went to pay and the bartender comped a group of coast guard gentlemen, who came after us and his reason was well you had to wait a long time. The ladies room had no soap, and the hand sanitizer in the doorway was hanging down empty! This restaurant used to be amazing but after today I will never go back! Don’t waste your money! There are lots of places to eat and probably better food and service.
Sad to say the least. We had high hopes for this place. From the moment we arrived till the moment we left it was a circus. The 3 parties we encountered also had complaints. These all ranged from serving size discrepencies, some items on the menu were actually not available and it goes on from there what you ordered doesn't even come out and then when you question them that's when they say "Sorry" we have an issue here and here and here and here and the cost of a plate is not warranted for the portion size. Never coming back.

This place was absolutely horrible probably some of the worse service I have ever had. My husband and I waited over an hour for our food and I eventually had to go get our own drinks bc it took probably an hour to get waters. It took over 30 minutes for someone to even come and take our food order I would never recommend someone eating here.
