We were trying to find a locally owned breakfast spot while visiting South Lake Tahoe. Getaway Cafe was listed on Google with a high rating, so we gave it a try. The weather was very nice so we sat outside. The food was AMAZING! The owner and staff were very attentive, and we were served quickly, and never had an empty coffee cup.
