The service and food absolutely good. Even they put the bloody mary on the house which is ordered even when i havent had it in my life as i couldnt handle the spiciness. Ambience and the service is worrh the money i spend in this place.

Don't go during the off season! Menu says blackened salmon, but you get salmon with a black sauce on it. Salad with NY Strip had 5 pieces of steak, one of which was uneatable. The wine we chose tasted like it was opened days ago.... Too bad, as we will not go there again. The summer experience was quite a bit better.

First time here and had the most friendly and accommodating staff ever. Cool local vibe at the bar, too. Burger was insane and cooked perfectly. Don't miss the crawfish poutine (with lake tahoe crawfish!) or the gumbo. Some seriously good bites.

Our Poor waiter… nice girl … not her fault at all but after she took our order, our food came out cold and Over an hour late.the breakfast burrito was cold inside , the potatoes were over cooked and dry.The steel cut oatmeal was slimy and cold, and the Mabel syrup wasn’t real. It was not busy at all, and do not recommend, unless you want cold food. Sorry for the bad review but the kitchen was not on their game today. This is supposed to be a high end restaurant but I would say ihop would be a better choice for breakfast/bruch.

You must check out Toulouse! This is the most authentic New Orleans cuisine this side of the Mississippi. It's sort of hidden within the neighborhoods of South Lake Tahoe, but the service and ambiance are worth a venture from Reno. We came here for a birthday dinner, and this restaurant pulled all the stops! I ordered a classic sazerac, in keeping with tradition, as well as the gumbo (featuring blackened shrimp), and the server's recommendation of the Brussels sprouts (with optional bacon). They serve them with a cranberry aioli. Also pictured is the very clean men's restroom.

This restaurant is a must to eat at while you are in Tahoe! The chef has created amazing flavors and all the food is delicious. The bartenders and servers love their jobs and make you feel like you are the only customer in the restaurant. Great atmosphere!

We are spending the weekend in Tahoe, found this restaurant with high ratings. However we had then most horrible dining experience.1. Wait time for food is over 50 mins, and this is after we complaint the wait. Our 2 years old baby was waiting with us starving and frustrating. When we made the complaint to server, he raised his temper within second and stated because we have the steak, so wait time is long for everything else we ordered. The truth is, When we came into the restaurant, there was only one table of guests. And the people who came in much later got their main course earlier than us, which is also a burger. Does not make sense!2. Poutine, steak and burger are way too salty, not edible. Since this is after we made the complaint, we can only think they added this much salt purposely to piss us off more.As the only Asian family in this restaurant, with what happened above we cannot help but to think this is discrimination.Manager was ok, he apologized and explained to us the server made a mistake by putting other customers orders before ours. And he end up not charging us anything because of the salty food. But we missed the plan where we want to go see the sunset, and especially my kid was starving to cry.Overall such a Horrible experience! Never gonna return again.I do NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT!

We made a reservation for 11 friends to gather and celebrate birthday, while in town for a music festival. This place is a hidden gem, off the beaten and touristy path of Stateline. The food was delicious, with great service, and the owner was the bartender. They even put music on that we all love. Everything had an extra touch and we ended up coming back for breakfast the next day, which still was a 5/5. I’d come here again and again!
