Nice place for business travel. As hotel gyms go, very well appointed. Restaurant has a nice view. Area where the hotel is located has a nice walking path. No food in walking distance. Room is well appointed with a small indoor seating area overlooking the water. Lighting in the room was really hard to navigate..kind of weird feedback, but I struggled with it!
Enjoyed my stay and liked the location. Friendly staff.
This hotel is clean and modern. It has a great vibe to it and the rooms are nicely appointed. The service, however could use work.
Checking in took 15 minutes just waiting for someone (I was literally at the desk, not in any line), was put in a handicap room despite not booking one (that was all that was left; reservation didn’t matter), and when I requested a toothbrush sent to my room, the person who brought it up literally just handed it to me with no words and no eye contact.
With training, this place could be incredible. Until then, I wouldn’t stay again.
Great stay. Everything went very smooth. I just recommend you guys do a focused job on enforcing EV parking. I booked a room with you only because I was told there were plenty of parking where I could park and charge my car overnight. 30 mins before I got there I was told on the phone all the back wall is for EV but when I got there there were two non-electric cars parked in that same section but luckily one spot still open and that's where I parked. As your customers are given parking permits they should be told at a minimum that if they drive a normal car to avoid parking in ev parking.
Great hotel near the airport, nice walk around the old WWII ship building docks. View of the water from the restaurant. Pickleball court outside and half court basketball.
Rooms: Tiny. No service on New Year’s Eve. Ice machines were broken

The rooms are generally clean and of decent size, but the hotel is surrounded by numerous pharmaceutical companies, and the parking situation is chaotic. I booked breakfast through the Marriott website, only to find out at the hotel that it included just a $20 voucher per person toward the breakfast buffet, which costs $26 per person—even for kids—or for ordering off the menu, all priced at steep San Francisco rates. Overall, I was very disappointed and will not be staying here again.

If you need to do an overnight by the San Francisco airport, this is your place. My room is fantastic big lots of light. The bed is super comfortable. Because I’m really here as an overnight with the airport I just ate dinner here late last night and breakfast here this morning and they were both really good. I have literally never included hotel food in my reviews and this place is turning it out. They had a great soundtrack playing and a beautiful view of the water. Lots of charging stations for EVs.

Classy and clean. Had a comfy night here and a quick trip to the airport in the morning.

Great hotel and location. Having the ways dispensers on each floor with pitchers is such a nice touch, I wish more hotels did this. Would stay here again.

I usually love AC hotels because they're slick, nice etc. But this one is really dirty and filthy. There's used tissues on the floor, lots of crumbs and debris, I'm 5'10 and the shower doesn't even go above my head. Definitely the worst AC hotel I've stayed in. Parking is also horrible. You will need to park about a quarter mile away.

Stayed here for a work trip as my office was in the area. Proximity to the office + airport was awesome. Fast check in and check out. Friendly staff.
Housekeeping comes every other day but are available on request too.
Rooms were really nice and well maintained. Water pressure felt on the lower end and had an ant problem in the washroom that they took care of.
The hotel bar (AC Lounge) is a decent spot to hang with some cool drinks and decent bites.
Overall I enjoyed my stay here and would stay again!

They allow dogs, which seems like it would be great thing. But, when a dog next door is barking all night they do nothing about it. I called the front desk to ask if we could change rooms and they said they would handle it as a noise complaint. I called again around midnight to let them know the dog was still barking to ask again if rooms could be changed and they were snippy with me at the front desk and said that they were completely full and that the dog would have to leave. At 1:30a the dog was still barking. I'm very disappointed is how this situation was handled. I definitely do not recommend this hotel.
