The servers wear gloves, but the same gloves touch everything from table surfaces, dirty dishes, clean dishes, and food, without being replaced or even cleaned in between.

The best Sushi restaurant in SSF hands down! I've been here a few times and it has always been a great experience! The fish is fresh, tastes great! I love the grilled squid appetizer, perfectly cooked! My favorite roll is the "melt in your mouth" roll, and it literally melts in your mouth!!! The service is excellent but be prepared to wait for a table as it is very small. This place will not disappoint!
