Made reservations for 730 on a Friday night. They are busy and it is not a big place. Had to wait for a table to finish but didn’t wait too long.

There were so many things I wanted to try. I ended up getting the omakase, baked scallop and the tai carpaccio. Everything was so good but I ordered way too much so my son helped me finish. He ordered 2 rolls- red and white (soft shell crab) roll and the grass chopper roll.

Every bite of the omakase was bold, fresh, and simply delicious. The ginger was sharp enough to cleanse the palette. The wasabi that came with the omakase had amazingly great moisture and kick, while the one they serve you immediately after you sit was dry. The sushi rice had a soft enough sticky texture, but tasted plain. I guess the plain tasting rice is justified when you have such bold sushi. I will definitely return as I thought it was good value.

I have been to this store for three times. The quality of sea urchins they provide is very high. The fresh Yusheng tuna fillet and octopus fillet are also delicious. The set menu of other sashimi dishes tastes just right.Specially recommend Uni Ikura Spoon and Red Tuna sushi. 🥰🥰🥰
