I know the airport is expensive, but this felt like a rip off.

Thin wooden spoons are not great for eating a bread bowl.

Didn't put the soup in the bowl

The side of soup was tiny.

Customer service was lacking if not rude.

Wish I didn't come here and won't come again.

Seating was comfortable and I could work on my laptop. Only positive

Oh, the food had no flavor. I just dumped salt and pepper. Asked for crackers to go with it and they looked at me like I was stupid

EDIT: You have responded to every review saying your going to make change. Yet you clearly have not made any changes

I stood there and the lady just stared at me. So I went to order off the digital menu which is cumbersome. Then someone walks up behind me and the woman asks to take her order. Rude staff and overpriced.

I had a craving for a clam chowder bread bowl. It was good. The bread was cold. I also wish they had Tabasco it pairs well with the chowder. They had cholula not the same. Not bad for airport food.

Bread was hard, almost stale. Pricey for what you get. Huge selection but lacks selection quality.

Terrible service - completely avoidable. Pictures in the menu / on the wall are nowhere close to the actual food they serve which is inedible. The tomato soup in a bread bowl below -)

The most soulless burger I have eaten for a while.
Their California Burger which was like $17 wasn’t good at all. The desert wasn’t fresh neither. :(

Super rude behavior. Didn't know their expensive sandwiches are cold, asked her he she can warm or toast it. She didn't even looked at us, just said no in rude voice. In peers coffee in the same place asked for milk for 2 year old, they charged $4 for it. Food is ok, turkey smells.

The food taste below the average.
Server (lady) have a real bad attitude and impolite.
(Deserved to be terminated). I was so regret to add the tips on my bill and didn’t send the comment back instantly on the screen.

Hi I had a sandwich that had glass in it, cut my tongue wide open, and after getting on my plane, I began vomiting from swallowing so much blood. Luckily the glass was embedded in my tongue and was not swallowed, so no further internal damage. Very lucky, narrow escape. Worst 15 dollar breakfast sandwich ever!

Took cafe aulait thinking it was Pete’s coffee

The Chinese lady serving coffee had no patience or manners or customer service. Really bad attitude.
Coffee was horrible as she didn’t know how to make and how to serve coffee.
She is ruining Peet’s reputation.
I would give negative remarks if possible.
She just had white sugar. No sweetener 😡.

I had the clam chowder in a breadbowl a nice treat before my long trip back home. It is a favorite spot for our family when we fly out of San Francisco. Until next time

I tried their main branch near the fishermen wharf firstly in 2013 and lately in this visit, 2025.

Considering the airport conditions facing massive flow of travelers, I believe the airport branch’s team is providing reasonably good service and good quality.

As usual, I enjoyed their great tomatoes soup along with cranberries turkey sandwich. Can’t go-wrong with this combo, which could gets greater with a Margarita pizza, if you have company.

Thanks!
