Honestly it’s hard to get Boudin wrong but this location’s problem is the service. Store opens at 5:30am and I was trying to get bread for my mom (my flight closes boarding at 5:40). At 5:29 I try to walk in and they act like it’s such a crazy act. Manager was so rude and wouldn’t even look me in the eye - clearly upset I arrived one min early. Cashier wasn’t set up, also rude. I get that it’s early but that’s why you’re an airport shop. You don’t have to be rude and make it the customer’s problem that you weren’t ready.

I usually don't write reviews but this experience was horrible due to the rude service. I bought baguette snacks as gifts at the airport and shared them at a friend's house. One of the two had a very strong oily smell. I took it back to the store a week later for my return flight. This was only $6 and was a huge hassle since I bought it at the duty free store but they should have known. The store clerk said the oily smell was normal and told me to open all the other items. Is that what a clerk is supposed to say? I didn't want to argue anymore and got a refund. This wasn't a normal refund and they should have said sorry. I was very upset. Many people would have bought baguettes as gifts and the recipient would have cussed you out.

The worst place I ate during my vacation.
I went with my family (7 people) last night at 9pm and we chose this restaurant, we paid a total of $120 that I would have preferred to spend at the restaurant next door, it's called Mi Casa or something similar.
We ordered a sandwich that literally only had ham and bread…it had no sauces, cheese, nothing!
And a Caesar salad with the cold chicken.
The best thing of all was that we needed to sit down to eat and the cleaning girl had the entire restaurant with the chairs on the table, I asked her to get a table ready for my family and she told me no, that she already had that area closed because it was clean for the next day and that we look for available spaces at other customers' tables and outside.
A total disappointment! I recommend skipping this place!
Much to improve!

DO NOT EAT HERE. Worst food experience I’ve ever had. Just shut it down.
-They forgot to put Avocado on my sandwich and this is what they did.
-What the hell did they put in my soup? I just opened it up and there’s pieces of turkey.
The soup had an off taste and had zero salt(and I’m not even a salt person).
If I get a reply on my review it’ll be a generic thank you for your feedback statement with no follow up. 22$ down the drain. I threw the whole thing away. Don’t pay the employees cause they’re obviously not doing their jobs.

After great Meals on Planes, it's a good break to eat something tasty and not out of necessity, it could be better (there's always room for improvement) but I'm satisfied
Regular burger with extra bacon + can of Sprite $3.80
The whole $21 and I left full
It would be great to be able to choose the degree of doneness of the meat, but that's your own imagination - the cutlet is juicy and medium rare.

Ordered a vegetarian sandwich. The multi grain bread edges were as hard as stone. There was very minimal sauce. The sandwich did not hold together as the center of the bread was soggy with veggies on it and the edges were hard.
A total let down.

Sesame chicken salad was meh. Box is too constrained, can’t eat properly with the provided fork and knife. Too much lettuce. And underwhelming other ingredients. Dressing wasn’t sufficient.

What chaos! Ordered the food on the touchscreens and joined the bustle of people waiting for their orders, not pleasant in a cramped space. No tables free to sit the kids at. I'd ordered 1 clam bowl for me, 1 pizza for my wife and burgers for the kids. 10 minutes later the clam bowl is called, the rest of the order not ready yet, 10 minutes later the pizza is called, burgers not ready, I asked if they could keep the pizza warm, no. Another long wait until the kids burgers are ready. By the time the burgers came and we could walk through the airport to find a table the soup and pizza were cold. What a waste of $100!

We were almost robbed by a woman and when we tried to stop her the security got in front of us and let her go. The robber also assaulted one of us.
Vegetarian options: My son ate a fist, does that count as vegetarian?
