This place was recommended to me by a coworker and I decided to give it a shot after work. Upon arrival, I was greeted by one of their friendly and welcoming staffs, it was early so it was not too packed. Their menu is simple and straightforward, I was really hungry at the time. Everything is made to order which I did not mind the wait since I’m a very patient person. A lot of locals come to this place which is a good sign and they have been in business for over 30 years which is rare nowadays for classic joints like this one. Also they open 6 days a week from 0700 hours to 1430 hours and closed on Tuesdays. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great place for breakfast or just a laid back spot. I definitely will be back to try out the different items they have to offer.

The food wasn't worth what we paid but the service was great. Fries and waffles were cold when we were served them. Eggs and bacon is good tho.

Breakfast was very good. I recommend it. The chicken fried steak is also very good! Had that yesterday.

Great little family owned and run local cafe. Absolutely friendly staff. Would eat here again.

French toast was delicious. Pacifica had lots of shrimp. Big portions. Coffee wasn't too great, but the staff was nice.

Very deli, I ordered an omelet with salmon and Philadelphia, the kind lady who served us recommended the house potatoes as an accompaniment, and they were truly incredible, highly recommended.

All processed foods. What’s with the terrible MIDI synthesized keyboard music that sounds like it was produced in the mid 90’s?

Your basic run down American style diner serving items from national commercial food service deliveries. Cheap low quality coffee.

The toast comes with some kind of buttery substance already on it. We asked for toast without butter and we were told that there will be a charge for another side of bread and that we should have asked for no butter when ordering. Since when has it been the standard to serve bread with butter already on it?
It isn’t listed as buttered toast on the menu and the server did not tell us that it would be pre buttered. I don’t even think it was real butter.

We have been trying restaurants in this area and it’s obvious that there are a lot of fake reviews.

Best breakfast place in town. Been coming here for almost a decade. Even after moving out of the city, every time I'm in the area, I have to come back for their breakfast. It's still reasonably priced and the food is delicious. There's something about their chicken wings and waffles that I can get anywhere else.

Parking: There's a city parking garage a block away. Plenty of paid street parking and residential parking.

Typical diner food choices but prepared really well, not heavy with grease and salt but still plenty of flavour. Their French toast and waffles are served with real pale syrup. The coffee is good. This place is just good!!! Solid and reliable.

Vegetarian options: Good veggie omplets, scrambles and eggs Benedict. The country potatoes are great and all the beige foods vegetarian eat. Or not. I'm not a Veg-head so not sure what the heck they deem as food.
