Not sure why the wait for cheese pizza was well over 25 min. For a SLICE, i was then given my first food and it got cold while i waited over 25 min for cheese SLICE. Then i was given this slice just to top things off. Tyler was trying to get the line of whole pizzas out the door but about 3-5 of us just waiting for 1 slice of cheese…. Very much did not understand. I ended up just throwing away the slice. Hope this was just a bad day and things improve.

The kiosk made purchase a lot easier. You still have to wait while to pick up food. Service is very slow here.Dietary restrictions: The menu is limited to a few items.

99.99% sure I got food poisoning from this place. Love the food deals here but the pizza and hot dog made me sick for 3 days. I usually eat here once a week too. After a few days I realized it was 99.99% chance the hot dog rather than the pizza.

Let me just say, I love Costco and will alway be a sucker for the $1.50 hot dog and soda combo. However the moves they've made over the years, has really made me rethink my relationship with this food court. The pandemic forced them to make changes, and honestly, it's been for the worse. The banishing of the polish dog was the first strike. I honestly still haven't recovered from this because it was the best thing they've had ever in the food court. The all-beef hot dog just doesn't have the flavor. While I'll still eat the all beef one, every time I do it's a reminder of how much I miss the polish. The second strike, they don't make the chicken bakes in-house anymore and the getting rid of the combo pizza (more on the pizza later). The chicken bakes don't have the green onions anymore and honestly just half as good as they used to. I'll still eat one from time to time but the mass produced flavor is evident. The final strike for me came last week, when I ordered a slice of pepperoni. I always scope out the glass first, and something that day looked off. All the pizzas looked exactly the SAME. Anyone that's been to costco know the not one pizza looks like the same ever. Some have the bubbles, some are super greasy. But today, It was weird because every pizza looked uniform. When I asked if they changed the recipe, they didn't want to say. As someone who has been eating here for 20+ years, it was pretty evident a change happened and it's not for the better. Almost tastes like it's from frozen now, and that's exactly how it looks. And end of an era, a sad sad day from a loyal costco member. I say all that to say, I hope they bring back the old pizzas and chicken bakes. But with raising costs and inflation, I understand the move to having less human interaction with the food. It won't stop me from eating it, but I know I can't enjoy it as much as I once did. +1 for bringing back the onions for the hot dogs though...Also raspberry brisk iced tea, very underrated. They switched out sierra mist for Starry...which is Sierra Mist re-branded, literally taste exactly the same.

I had to to order six pizzas for my kids preschool graduation come to find out you should probably order them a day in advance because the guy told me you'd would be waiting at least an hour if not longer because they have an order for 50 pizzas that have to be made before yours. Also found out that they open earlier than the 10 AM yelp has them listed at.

The food court has downsized due to COVID 19 precautions. You now must place your food order at the self kiosks. After that take your receipt up to the window to pick up your order. Many of the sit tables have been removed. There are tables of four along the walls and a few in the center. The hot dog is no longer wrapped in aluminum foil. It comes in a paper bag. It altered the taste for me. Bring back the aluminum foil! The soda is self served as before. Now it comes with a sipper plastic lid. No straw necessary. That's a good idea.
