“After walking the ever so steep San Francisco Hills in this area on the way to China Town, I stumbled upon a quaint little food shop with a tiny little woman by the name of Jasmin.
Entering you are greeted so warmly and kindly.
Her restaurant is not so big. The menu is big and obvious with all the ingredients posted. She serves beer and the theme of the place is very nice.
After taking the order, she quickly hopped over to her cooking area and whipped out the order as quickly and efficiently as it could be. When I got there, a few people trailed right after me and she served them just as well she had her system down.
If you're in the area, I would highly suggest dropping by and picking up a quick bite at Jasmins. ?“

“The food and service at Slider Buns is fantastic! The staff is super welcoming and friendly and efficient and there is a super affordable lunch special available ($12 for a burger, fries, and drink) weekdays. Great comfort food (burgers, fried food, etc.)“

““Wow! Just had an amazing meal at the new 16th Street Diner. The omelette was fluffy and packed with flavor, and the chicken sandwich was crispy and juicy. The service was top-notch, and the overall vibe of the place was super positive. So glad I tried this new spot – I’ll definitely be back!”“

“This was my first experience of an American style diner. The staff were incredibly friendly and thoughtful, making me feel right at home. The portions were generous—far more than I expected—and the coffee kept flowing throughout my meal. The food was delicious and really hit the spot. Overall, it ticked all of my boxes, and I’ll definitely be back for another visit!“

“First time at Peters…we were looking for traditional breakfast dive near SFO. Saw on the web that they make some Hawaiian favorites like eggs with Spam or linguica, Loco Moco, and that sealed it. Had a very good breakfast, friendly service at the counter, and our questions about the reason for Hawaiian dishes were answered. I’ve tried to find out the history of the building’s classic roadside diner weirdness, but no results yet. We’ll be back.
Vegetarian options: Breakfast options include vegetarian dishes. Not necessarily healthy, but vegetarian!“

“Very tasty eats for some weary travelers. Warm and comfortable atmosphere. The head lady was grandma sweet to me and unprovoked rude to my female friend. That's the only issue we had. Otherwise this was a welcomed spot for a rest and a bite to eat. Thank you again.“

“Highly recommend!
Besides the fact that everything we ordered was absolutely delicious (breakfast ~ waffles with strawberries, omelette, hash browns, coffee, toast, etc.), the service was top notch. I’m only disappointed in myself for not going here earlier in our trip. We went the last day we were in town, and it was so great, we wished we would’ve been able to go more. The man behind the counter and the one who brought our food out were so very kind. I felt like we actually got to know them in one visit. I will definitely go back next time I’m in town!“

“This is an old school mom & pop type place that has breakfast and lunch items with Formica counters and really tasty food. The family that runs it seem to be a bit older, but are very kind and attentive. You'll have an excellent experience and leave with a satisfied stomach if you eat here.
Parking: We come here on public transit. Parking is in short supply on Geary Boulevard.“

“This is an absolute gem of a place. If you want that authentic diner feel with great food and great service then head over to David’s. Yes it may be a bit run down and yes it’s not in the greatest area of town but the food and the service are second to none. George was super friendly and attentive without ever actually interrupting us while having our breakfast. He answered all of our questions, he took time to have a chat with us and generally made us fell special.“

“The shrimp and grits are tasty. I don’t understand why the entire staff is Hispanic-like most Mexican restaurants they only hire Hispanic folks so if we are not good enough to work here I won’t spend my money here“

“Small restaurant located on Taravel outer sunset. It was my first time eating here and won't be my last! Service was great and friendly. We got a bunch of different dishes, my favorite is their soy sauce chicken. I loved the saltiness of it.
They also have some already made Asian savory snacks to go and have duck/cha siu/chicken...
My family didn't know they close at 6:30pm and we got there at 6pm. They were very friendly the whole time and we were the last table to leave. My family thought it was weird they were cleaning up and some workers were leaving, we didn't think it's because they actually closed. We thanked everyone at the end and the person chopping the meats at the front was so kind and actually thanked us for coming to support their business it was such a cute and wholesome moment.
Overall Rating: 10/10“

“The place needs a remodel!
it was clean on the inside but the furniture is ancient and the windows were super dirty on the outside. Had to wait a while to get our order taken. Lots of tables in need of busing as well. They were understaffed I don't know if that's a regular thing management does to cut costs but staff was very nice and professional considering they really needed a couple more people to not be overworked. The cooks get a satisfactory rating. All in all I think the owners should put a little money into this place and fix it up because there's only so much makeup you can put on a pig. Bare minimum there should be some air conditioning because it gets hot with those big windows. Plenty of easy parking so that was nice, and your vehicle is in view for safety.
Kid-friendliness: It's a Denny's so nobody's trippin off of kids.
Wheelchair accessibility: Flat.“

“Do you remember? We used to have a Denny's in Japantown SF. That place was great for a meal after clubbing and seeing the same people you just partied with. That was the best part, seeing familiar faces. Fast forward to today. Coffee is $4.29. We had the T-bone steak and eggs $23.19, berry vanilla crepe breakfast $17 and chicken fried steak breakfast $18. The food was OK. The service was a bit slow because the place was full at lunchtime. Overall, not bad. Good job crew at Denny's.“
