The best food from El Salvador are the pupusas. There are very few places where you can find delicious pupusas and this is one of them. The cabbage salsa was not perfect but acceptable. The papas con chicharrón was well prepared and had a very good flavor but very little chicharrón and the tamales had a pleasant flavor but not to my taste

I'm always hesistant about buying Salvi food at restaurants because I rather have what my mom makes. Gave this spot a try and it was good. Had the atole de elote, it was a cold day so it hit the spot. Tasted like elote and wasn't too thick. Enchiladas de carne had a lot of flavor, decent amount of meat. You can never go wrong with Platanos con frijoles and crema. They were super ripe. The pupusas were food too. Liked that they didn't have too much flour so they didn't feel too heavy. We got the revueltas. Pork, cheese and beans. Only thing was that I wish they had more chicharron. But other than that pretty solid. Service was a little slow at the beginning but the food made up for it! It wasn't too busy for a Saturday afternoon and neither was it loud in there. Will be coming back to try other things in the menu. Everything was decently priced.

Pupusas are excellent here! I honestly can eat them without the curtido (pickled cabbage). We also tried their Enchiladas Salvadorenas, Platano Frito con Crema y Frijoles (fried plantains with cream and beans), and Yuca con Chicharrón (yuca root with fried pork). I enjoyed the plantains, but the enchiladas weren't memorable and it took a really long time to come out. I'm a sucker for yuca and fried pork, but these fell flat too. The pork was very dry and the yuca was way too oily. Next time, I'll just stick to the pupusas as these are the best things on the menu.

What ever you do , do not get the burrito. It is the saddest rice filled thing I ever had in my life. Not sure where the beef was but... the pupusa are good so stick with that.

Ordered take out. Pupusa's were so good!! The restaurant itself was pretty old school, but you can tell that it has a family friendly vibe. The owner/bartender/ waiter was super friendly and helpful. We'll definitely order from here again!

So I brought my partner here to try it out (Ive ordered pupusas to go from here that they even messed up) but I thought let's just try a sit down lunch. We sat at the bar, automatically we should've left they had a whole bunch of fly, and fruit flys flying around. Also around the bar they have those fly tap things that lure them in.. ew. So we order and my partner ordered a very simple burrito. Just no onions, no salsa. The server even wrote it down on the tab. And Ofcourse they filled it up. He took 2-3 bites and was done. Super over it. I ordered the sopa de pata (unfortunately I didn't take a picture of it) but the server said it was a huge soup of vegetables and the la pansa y pata de puerco. Home boy served me a vegetable soup with literally like 5 pieces of pansa and NO pata. Long story short NEVER coming back or ordering from them again. The bathrooms are also very disgusting and dirty. Overall I would keep away from this place

The Best Salvadoran food. We always order the pork & cheese pupusas with rice and beans and Tamales! The staff is great too!

I recently ordered from El Santaneco for our companies team meeting. The gentleman working had amazing customer service-they were so kind and helpful. We had to make some changes to our large order and he did it happily. They handled our food with care and labeled all our individual orders for easy distribution. Everyone was extremely happy with their pupusas and loved the empanada pies so much! Everything tasted amazing. We will definitely order from them again!

Fresh made pupusas; all items are fairly priced. Has items in El Salvadoran style and Mexican style.
