Just based off the website: guys how can you be a flour company and not show the gluten strength for your flours? You’re not selling to grannies who make seasonal scones, it’s pretty relevant information. Age of information and you provide the minimum.

I like this place. The pickup/delivery process is very efficient. Sign in. Tell them who what company your picking up for give po number or dest. Zip. He gives u a bill the guys in the warehouse find the frieght and load it with forklifts. Forklifts and loading dock. I love that! Frieght is super heavy. Grain is super heavy.

Call for directions to get into driveway, if you don't you will get into a jam, have to do a loop to back down the drive, once you have been here you won't forget
