1 Visit for breakfast. Nice place for breakfast with an nice twist instead of the boring just eggs and bacon. Lilikoi pancakes and ube waffle. Yum! Will be going back.

Had a fantastic experience at Hula Hoops. It was our first time visiting as a family, and everything — from the food to the ambiance — exceeded expectations.

The food was absolutely delicious across the board. My dad loved the poke bowl, my mom enjoyed a flavorful ahi tuna dish, my brother had the longanisa and spam musubi (a fun twist on comfort food), and I had something like mochiko fried chicken loco moco — super satisfying. Portion sizes were generous, we all left full, and the presentation was spot on. The menu had a wide variety of creative, Hawaiian and Filipino-inspired dishes that we’re excited to try next time.

The feel was very good too — casual, lively, and family-friendly, but also cozy and welcoming enough that it’d be a great date spot too. We especially loved the island-themed décor and tropical music, which added to the relaxed ambiance.

The service was top-notch. The staff was kind, attentive, and even offered to take our family photo when they saw us snapping pictures — very thoughtful touch. They checked in on us without being pushy, which made the experience feel warm and genuine. (Some also speak Tagalog! Parents loved it.)

Prices were what you’d expect for the high quality of food and service, and the brunch offerings extended past noon, which was a nice addition. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, and although parking in the area can be a bit tricky (it’s just a busy spot), it was worth it.

Highly recommend for family gatherings, casual hangouts, or even a relaxed date night. We definitely hope to come back — five stars all around. Maraming salamat po!

Nice place. Great service. Tasty food. Excellent drinks. I don’t mind the 3% fee for using a credit card, but I was bothered by the other signs they have. I feel bad for the fact they had to post them at all.

Hula hoops Tiki bar is definitely more of a bar vibe but still worth checking out for brunch. The place is really well decorated with a fun tropical atmosphere. One thing I appreciated right away was the menu. It’s well designed and includes photos of the entire team, which honestly says a lot about how much they value their staff. It gives a good first impression the moment you walk in.

The cocktails are great. There’s a big variety and the presentation is super cute and creative, especially for a tiki bar. You can tell they put effort into how each drink looks and they don’t skimp on the alcohol either, which is always appreciated.

For food we tried the Ahi Tuna Nachos, which were more like a tuna tartare with avocado on the bottom. A nice twist actually. We also ordered the BBQ chicken plate which was just okay. The chicken itself was kind of forgettable and the rice was pretty bland. It came with some pickled onions and a tiny scoop of macaroni salad. Since we ordered it to share it would have been nice if the kitchen had cut the chicken beforehand. They gave us a drumstick and a thigh and we had to slice it up ourselves.

Those were the only dishes we tried and while the food didn’t really wow me the drinks definitely made up for it. I’d go back just for cocktails. Also if you’re into brunch the bottomless mimosas deal is a good reason to go.

Parking is easy and free which is always a plus. If you’re planning to go during brunch hours I recommend making a reservation online so you can be seated quickly without waiting around.

It was our first visit to Hula Hoops today and it was awesome! Cheryl was our server and she was wonderful. She made us feel very welcome. We’ve been wanting to visit Hula Hoops for quite some time but the lines were always long. Rightfully so because the food, ambiance and service is excellent. Eating at Hula Hoops is like being transported to Hawaii minus the five hour flight. We will definitely be coming back again.

We celebrated a graduation lunch at Hula Hoops for 11 people. We chose the mochiko chicken loco moco, short rib and sisig as our entree choices and the base appetizer platter. I thought each person would choose which entree they wanted out of the three but we got enough food for everyone to have all three! There was so much food that we had plenty to take home.

The service was great. Our server was super attentive and thoughtful. I would definitely come here for a celebration again.

Awful service. All of 7 people in there and couldn’t even get water or order food. Really wanted to give this place a try because miss Hawaiian food but the service and wait was not worth it.

Good food options - Filipino and Hawaiian style. Reasonable amount of options for someone who does not eat beef/pork and also has a nut allergy. You can order via QR code or with the waiters. Would recommend getting reservations since the wait can be long.

Place is a bit small for so many chairs and tables. There's music, TV and of course with people talking, it's quite a bid loud. Servers are friendly and quick.
