First, I want to say I truly love Philz Coffee. Everytime I visit SF I come here to buy several pounds of beans and get a cup. I came here my first day and my drink came out iced not hot (I was not asked and I just assumed it would be hot MY BAD). The barista was sparky when I said it should've been hot. Day 2, I was helped promptly but my coffee was horrible. My choice was the ginger snap with oat milk. After about 10 minutes I gave it a quick stir and there was a big glob...read full review
