I was enjoying my meal until my last piece of chicken smelled really bad. I shared my experience with Latino Employees. One lady asked you want your money back do you want another plate of food, I said no Thank you. I said if you’d like to give me a small cup of fries to get the smell out of my nose, that will be very helpful. Then the boss comes out and says, yeah he already ate it all an insult, and I was looking for something for free.
I told her she’s crazy and needed a man in her life.. Beware of poor service, smelly food.
All the lady had to say was we’re sorry you had a bad experience easy does it. If the quality of service is bad you can guarantee the food will just be as bad. No surprise.

I had my order mixed up. The manager Maria resolved the issue to my satisfaction. The cashier Tonya was exceptional. If she is not a lead already. She should definitely be. Tonya went above and beyond to assist me.
