Terrible customer service, the workers deliver the orders unkindly, you have to ask them for the sauces and even the napkins. And I've been several times, and it's always the same, the bathrooms are too dirty.

This is somehow the worst KFC I've ever been to. Staff was goofing off and inattentive. One girl was walking back and forth between the dining area and the kitchen, and was grabbing boxes for customer orders without washing her hands. I didn't even realize she worked there at first. There were no other customers ahead of me and I had preordered online, and I still had to wait 20+ minutes just for some chicken wings. I've ordered delivery from here a few other times and also thought the food at this location is subpar. I've also had items missing from my order. Coming here in person though really was the final nail on the coffin for me. Do not recommend.

Driver did not deliver complete order. Called his number & he said he does not speak English & hung up! I called KFC & was told not their problem as it was given to the driver & they couldn't say wha company he delivered for!

i'm done coming here for dinner. Not having a manger or somebody who cares about the customers there at night really shows. The quality of service and food is inconsistent at best. Especially on the KFC side. I spent $80 on dinner and asked very nicely for no thighs. When I got home and opened the bucket, over half of the pieces were thighs. Come on Airport SSF KFC, do better. Train your people and pay more so you can hire more managers. I'm sick of this location...i'm never coming back and will let everyone i know not to go there.I wouldn't come back even if it was Free 99

I have ordered from here several times via Door Dash or Uber eats, and the order has never been fulfilled properly.No drink, sauces, missing fries, etc.Likewise, doordash and ubereats wait almost 20 minutes at the window for simple orders.Love KFC, but will be purchasing elsewhere from now on.

Employees are rude. No supervisor onsite. KFC should just close this place. Should have been zero star.
