Nice and clean place, with grab and go area and some tables if you want to sit and enjoy. The recent cookie butter cake is to die for and is the main reason I’m reviewing. It looks deceiving as one may assume it could be very sweet. However, it is the perfect balance of sweet with a hint of salt. Just a dream to enjoy. The chocolate croissant is also delicious and even has a creamy interior filling which was a pleasant surprise. Knocking off a star for higher prices (their cakes are very expensive) and some staff that aren’t as kind or friendly up front.

I had such a wonderful experience at Paris Baguette! I asked Jessica if she could write “Happy Birthday” on the cake I was getting, and without any hesitation she happily said, “I can do that for you.” She did it so beautifully and with such care, all while keeping her warm and welcoming smile. Not only was the cake perfect, but her kindness and helpfulness made the whole experience so special. Thank you, Jessica, for going above and beyond with such warmth!

Decent place to work remotely, but I hate seeing (?) fruit flies flying around in the display cases.

Seems worse than Paris Baguettes I’ve visited in other countries (Korea, Vietnam).

I have always been a fan of Paris Baguette, especially their croissants they’ve been my favorite for a long time. However, when I recently visited the location in South San Francisco, I was quite disappointed. The croissant I bought tasted stale, as if it had been sitting out for several days. It was really frustrating because I had such high expectations based on my previous experiences with the brand.

Was great that they stay open later! Was able to work with some delicious pastries and treats later into the night!

Waiting in front of the register for 5 minutes and no one acknowledges you. They can do better with guest service here .

I've gotten two cakes and a few sets of pastries here, and they're always amazing. Last Mother's Day, I accidentally ordered the cake for the following Sunday and didn't realize it until I was at the store. They didn't say a thing and still managed to find a cake! Really great service, and they've got a customer for life!

Come here and get some fresh bread, then enjoy of a delicious drink.
