Mobile orders are a priority here. This is my least favorite Philz to go to because of the line wait. Philz coffee in general is good!! This location will make you wait in line if you don't have a mobile order. Not a fan of the customer service they just look overworked. Just my opinion.
Don’t come unless you have a mobile order. You will just watch them pile up in front of you while they prioritize the new mobile orders over folks in line. Worth it if you do mobile orders as the coffee is great
One other critique is that when they charge six dollars for a 16 ounce coffee, they should at least come close to filling it up. They don’t.

This location is kind of small so it’s hard to find seating, especially inside. The baristas need some work as I always have to ask them to make adjustments. That being said, they’re all very kind and patient so there’s that…I just wish I liked my drink on the first taste.
