I had not been to this specific Quickly below because there are a couple others closer to where I live and usually shop. I really liked the size and decor, and the ease of using the Revi ordering kiosk.
My passion fruit slush with double aloe was really good, though it started melting pretty fast. My husband's Jasmine milk tea was exactly as advertised. The popcorn chicken was really good, even if it took some time to make (which they do warn you about, so I'm not mad). I will definitely return to this Quickly in the future.

ordered multiple drinks and food items and waited roughly 15 mins or so, not bad at all imo since it was a big order! the man who made our drinks was so kind, one person had an issue with their drink and he explained why it could taste different and remade it. another person from our group had waited outside when it was sprinkling, and he invited them in to stay out of the rain. also gave us a bubble waffle on the house! first time trying it out and left very happy.

The food is served too slowly.

They gave me a matcha mango tea for free on the house, and they have such a giant menu and the taste is great!

The last time I came to Westborough Quickly, me and my group had a relatively big order of about 5 drinks and 3 food items. When I got my strawberry black tea with boba, I thought it would be great per usual, but for some reason it was just okay. Maybe it was the fact that I hadn't drank it in a long time that made me anticipate it would taste be better than it actually did, or maybe my experience was tainted by the wait time, since we had spent nearly 15 minutes waiting for our order to be done. I understand that we had a somewhat big order, and that there were other orders to work on as well, but me and my group didn't expect to be waiting that long, and there appeared to be others waiting quite a while before us who had smaller orders. In addition, the egg waffles we ordered were soggy. Overall, not the best Quickly I have been to, 3/5.

My go-to place for drinks i take to-go. Service is quick and I think the drink makers remember me, now. 😋

Woman at the counter doing a great job despite no support

I've been taking my family here for just a few months and we're always happy with our overall experience. The staff is extremely kind and patient. The food and drinks are excellent and consistent. There are so many choices in our area but we've finally found our spot for great refreshments.

The employee was wearing air pods the whole time then tried to double charge me after giving me the wrong order. Smoothie was insanely sweet, and they won't let customers use the restroom.

This particular location I love because the people here are nice & patent. I love the Bobba Milk Teas! The only negative about this place is that it's small & gets crowded quickly, so make sure you have some time if you do go during a rush.

Parking: This Quickly location is in a plaza with plenty of other businesses & provides a lot of free parking

Kid-friendliness: I see a lot of school-aged kids frequently going here and ordering different types of drinks they offer & food. They seem to love the place just as much as I do.
