I've been taking my family here for just a few months and we're always happy with our overall experience. The staff is extremely kind and patient. The food and drinks are excellent and consistent. There are so many choices in our area but we've finally found our spot for great refreshments.

The employee was wearing air pods the whole time then tried to double charge me after giving me the wrong order. Smoothie was insanely sweet, and they won't let customers use the restroom.

This particular location I love because the people here are nice & patent. I love the Bobba Milk Teas! The only negative about this place is that it's small & gets crowded quickly, so make sure you have some time if you do go during a rush.Parking: This Quickly location is in a plaza with plenty of other businesses & provides a lot of free parkingKid-friendliness: I see a lot of school-aged kids frequently going here and ordering different types of drinks they offer & food. They seem to love the place just as much as I do.

The first time I went here, it was great! The guy at the counter was friendly and our drinks were great! We were excited to come back, but someone else was at the counter and they were completely incompetent! They didn't know the menu, could barely speak/understand english, and when he realized he didn't know how to make one of our drinks he just... silently removed it from our order and hit total without saying anything until after I confronted him. That is NOT how you handle that situation even if you DON'T know how to make something! It's such a shame because the first time we went was so different.

Sally is just simply amazing. Incredibly friendly, always welcoming and kind! She always takes her time to ask me about my day and chat with me--makes me want to visit every week! the store is beautiful and i love to see the neon sign. the drinks are always spot on, especially when sally makes it! 100/10 would come again and again!! I am always recommending this place to my friends and family, Sally deserves a standing ovation!
Complete remodel since I've been here last, ....it's been awhile too! Looks good and inviting. Gotten busier maybe due to new looks but much slower in service. Post at register apologizing for slow service due to lack of workers. Hiring new workers Tried "Full House Delight"; better deal w multiple sides included vs adding each for .50 cents per side. - refreshing and moneys worth. Surprised to see in their menu; "Turon" a Filipino dessert, fried banana. Surprisingly good w special sauce not normally associated w Filipino version. Looking to come back to try expansive menu items. Hopefully by then that they have better staffing to accommodate influx of new customers

They close kitchen at 830 they might as well just close the store, and put a sign outside. Bad service. Never coming here. The owner at serramonte mall is way nicer, better services.

Close at 9pm and I walked in at 830. They claimed there closing down and couldn't take anymore orders??? When there was a sign at register that said last call at 830.....Rather not go back. San Bruno better!
