Only complaints are staff don't care to put sleeves on my hot drinks while the basket is full of sleeves or they don't want to give me the cold drink straws for my cookie crumble
The drinks are delicious and the coffee is potent. I love the caramel ribbon crunch frappuccino. Also a treat is five shots of espresso with three Splenda on ice shaken for about $5. I don't know what I'd do without Starbucks.
Counter service is terrible. They appear to prioritize mobile orders over all else, ignoring people in line. Behind the counter is a mess and personnel seem very inefficient and generally slow. This is definitely among the worst Starbucks I've ever been in. Three stars because it's Starbucks and I got what I asked for and reviews look dumb when they give one star to places like this.
