I ordered a cake from the Gellert Blvd. bakery. The picture was a cake iced with white frosting and airbrushed blue on the top to look like water. I got a SOLID DARK BLUE frosting. And the decorator had added a personal touch.....red icing resembling blood coming from the shark’s mouth. Not cool.

Safeway needs to STOP the EXTORTION with your bags and bagging protocol.
1) It is absolutely ridiculous to charge us normal prices and have to bag our own groceries BUT
2) we can't bag our own groceries properly because you won't let us put our bags on the counter
3) If we want our groceries bagged, we have to BUY the bags!
4) The employee isn't even allowed to bag our groceries with our bags in the cart
