Just dropped by to buy a coffee in this location and i had a really bad experience . There were two people i was 2nd on line. When it is my time to order my coffee this rude cashier told me that i was not in line when in fact i was actually in line but while i was waiting for my time i was just checking out some coffee mugs displayed on the side. Even the guy behind me told me to go and it’s my turn to order coffee and he knows that i was already there before him. I told the cashier that i was there first but she did not listen! I just walked out and bring my business elsewhere. I forgot to get her name but she works today 08/03/23. I was in the location around 9:30AM. and she is for sure the morning shift cashier! The way she talk to ne is just so rude, or maybe i felt that she is entitled because she is white and im asian! She should not be working in the frontline. She doesn’t have a good customer service. Shame on her!

Bad service, the guy threw my food on the counter, very rude.
I try not to leave negative reviews because I understand businesses usually try to do their best. But I am so frustrated with this starbucks. They really need to figure out staffing here. It's impossible to get a hold of anyone here as the number listed is for Safeway. When you are finally transfered to starbucks from someone at Safeway, no one picks up. I once tried ordering a traveler in person and they said they didn't have any. So this time I tried to call ahead to order a traveler, hoping to give them ample time. The lady who finally picked up the phone was obviously overwhelmed and sternly told me she was working by herself. This is my neighborhood Starbucks and I hate that it's so stressful trying to get any orders in whether by phone or in person.

If you post online you have a drive thru, maybe actually have a drive thru. Not really appreciative of the dishonesty.
After being away from the area my sister had to have her coffee. Fast service. Drive up always packed, lines are long but they're fast.
