Desperate to use a restroom, I stopped at the subway. I don't like to use facilities without buying something from the business so I ordered a sandwich. There was only 1 person there, and 1 person was being helped. She was slow but was accommodating to request. The facility was attached to a gas station store, so it was not an inviting sit and eat location, I took my order to go.

I have been eating subway for two decades, so I have visited many locations. This is the 2nd location I have encounter which skimps out on toppings. There is barely any veggies, I tend to load up my sandwiches and ask for extra on all the veggies. Usually not the sandwich makers at fault, blame management that are strict on amount of toppings allowed on sandwich. I would recommend avoiding this particular location and say drive few mins away to subway on el camino. Theres another one nearby on King street.

Young lady making sandwiches didn't speak English at all, had to point at the vegetables that I wanted, made it very hard to order,plus she over charge me ,when I tried to tell her, she really didn't speak English, went there twice both times same thing,I won't be going a third time.

It's a hit or miss store.. Employee speaks only Spanish.. So good for Spanish speaking customers and I usually order through app sometimes it is better than what I asked and sometimes lot of things missing example asked for 6inch got foot long other time asked for jalapeño bread and got flatbread wrap.. Even when bread was in stock..

this one asian women harassed me and and didnt let me use my coupon that didn't say i couldnt use steak i also read it earlier and before we went into the store but then she continued to harass my son and yelled at him.
In contrast to the very poor experience at the location at 1000 King Drive, this location hidden inside a gas station on Westborough exceeded our expectations. First thing we noticed upon entering is this place is super CLEAN. From the tables, counter, ingredients containers, drink station. Even the bathroom which is unlocked on honor system. Impressively clean. There are also large windows with ample sunlight which makes for a very pleasant place to stop and enjoy your sandwich for a while. Granted, the seating area is small with only about 4-5 tables but if they’re empty, go ahead and make yourself comfy! Frank was behind the counter and he immediately greeted us and said he’d be with us shortly as he was currently finishing an order. That right there already goes above and beyond. He said he honored paper coupons as well and had no problem redeeming our BOGO. He made both our sandwiches perfectly and very neat, also gave us a tray to dine in. This is what you call great customer service. Frank, keep up the excellent work and thank you for a nice lunch experience! Other Subways, take note. This location sets the bar high.

Precalled this Subway because in past, coupons were not accepted. We ordered Steak no cheese, meatball n cheese,and Italian BMT. Toasted and tasty and to go. Tonight, plenty of parking but cold evening. Employees could be friendly but no one wants to work Monday slow evening.
