It's a convenient way to get fresh fruit. Delivered to your home within a few days .

2 stars on the execution, 5 stars on customer service. Total 3.5 stars, rounded down to 3.My workplace told me about the Fruit Guys and offered a 10% discount with them, so I ordered a box of organic fruits and vegetables to be delivered in Chicago. I got the small box which as 16 servings of half fruit, half vegetables for $35. There's free shipping or you can pay like $13 for priority shipping. The box was supposed to be delivered on Wednesday but it wasn't delivered until Friday midday. By the time it was delivered, the fruit was rotting and bruised. The potatoes, onions, and carrots were the only things that survived. I called the Fruit Guys and they fully refunded me for the entire box because of the delay and the spoiled fruit. They were really nice over the phone and I appreciate the refund. I had high hopes for this so I'm sad that it didn't work out. I would be willing to try again in the future though because of the kind customer service.

I'm located in DC and needed to arrange a super last minute breakfast for a meeting at new office in South San Francisco. I called The Breakfast Guys at 8:30pm eastern time, 5:30pm pacific time, and Kim answered my call. I explain the situation and needed bagels, donuts or pastries delivered early morning next day at 5:30am for a very important meeting (these were high level attendees). Kim was able to take my order, even after she advised they were already closed for the day, but she knew I was in a little bit of a crisis so she helped me out. Next morning at 5:20am, I received a call from Kim and she was actually out delivering it herself as her driver called out sick. This was fantastic service and little did she know, she really saved us because this was a 5 hr meeting starting at 5:30am and imaging not having breakfast available. I give them 5 stars for the service they provided.

Went there, we were starving from an early morning flight. NO RESTAURANT anywhere. Needs to be taken off site.

These guys are great! They always deliver the milk on time and sometimes when we forget to pre-order they give us our usual order which is much better than having no milk at all. During the holidays I asked for Egg Nog they had it and put it in our order, no problem.

I don't know about the Delivery Service with these guys. they can't seem to get it right and they don't like to follow instructions on when you ask them to leave the milk in the frig..Maybe their service is great in the shop in South City, but as for their delivery service.. ask for someone else. it's pretty bad. No one takes authority on admitting that they've hired a fluke.. i see the great service is pretty old here.. back in 2010 and 2009??? someone in management needs to get their priorities in gear here. HELP MANAGEMENT PLEASE.. Hire someone that knows how to follow delivery instructions. PLEASE!!!

I usually order breakfast for my team every Tuesday and thus far I have been pre-ordering from Panera Bread and then picking up the order on my way into work. I also pre-order at Jamba Juice as well but I wanted something different and I thought that The Breakfast Guys would add a little pizzazz! I wasn't too thrilled with the quality in which I received my breakfast items. Which really made me sad because I really wanted to like the breakfast guys. They aren't always available to answer calls so it might take them a while to call you back so make sure you put your order in a few days before the day you need them. The girl who took my order was really nice and asked me what time I wanted delivery and I said 9:15. She kept emphasizing that it would come early. I mean, she was really adamant about it. I don't understand why she would ask me what time I needed it if they were going to just drop it off whenever they wanted? I guess I could understand if I wanted it earlier and they don't deliver earlier than say, 8 AM. She asked me if it would be ok to leave it if no one was here except that someone WAS here and the delivery person didn't even bother to come inside or at least check to see if the door was unlocked. They just left it outside our door. I am sure if they have a ton of orders that might be ok but considering that I didn't need my order until 9:15, it was sitting outside our door for about an hour with the yogurts melting. -The quality of the bagels were less than stellar. Most of the bagels were smooshed and almost soggy. It's like they had been frozen or refrigerated and then they pulled them out, thawed and then were sent to us. I don't know if they were as fresh as if I had gotten them directly from Noah's Bagels. -The donuts were in a box in which the plastic fell off and smeared the frosting on the donuts. About half of the donuts were really small. -The 4 muffins I ordered came in a huge box in which they were upside down and again, smashed. Like they were thrown in the box. It was strange. The quality of the muffins weren't that great either. Very small and not as gourmet as I thought they would be considering the price of $2.05 per muffin. The only thing I did appreciate about these guys is that they didn't charge me a delivery fee. That was nice but I am looking for more presentation and to save myself some time. If the items don't look good enough to eat, then it's not worth the price or the effort if it's just going to discourage people from eating what I provide for them. I don't like when employees ask me, "Why did you order from here?"

Huge delivery of all the breakfast goodies my son's little league team could want. Donuts and rolls for the boys, bagels and schmears for the parents, OJ, coffee and all the napkins, knives and forks needed to make our final game of the season memorable. Good service, prompt delivery. We lost, but we ate well.

The most American thing I can think of is breakfast for dinner. For some reason I just love everything about it. So, when trying to figure out what to get delivered for lunch at work we thought what the hell, breakfast for lunch it is!! The Breakfast Guys delivered a delicious and fresh breakfast that we enjoyed as a treat during our lunch meeting. We got tons of Noahs bagels with Schmear (I suggest Sun Dried Tomato) as well as Muffins, Pastries and Croissants. Everything tasted like it was straight from the bakery and not dried out at all. We also got a jug o' Odwalla OJ and yogurts. They gave us a nice variety of everything we ordered. Very affordable for catering! We were all impressed and ate those goodies for the next few days!

Really efficient, professional company. I ordered breakfast for work this morning and the food was fresh & delicious. The prices are very affordable too. The best part was that the guy who delivered it was the hottest man alive. All the women here nearly passed out. You can tell we don't get too many hot men in here.

I love these guys. They bend to my every whim, even when I know it makes it harder on them (sorry!). I order breakfast for my office every Friday. They're picky. Don't want the same thing each week. Not that I can blame them but it makes "regular orders" a little less regular. We've tried just about everything from them. The donuts from the Rolling Pin are the freshest things ever! Noah's bagels are delivered to my doorstep. Everything under the sun is amazing from Raison d'Etre. Personal fav? The croissant buns. Shaped like a cinnamon roll, with all the good stuff, but made from croissant pastry. Amazing! I count on them to be there at 8am and they always are. I order milk from them as well, so that I don't have to lug it from the grocery. Reasonably priced and a whole lot less work. My driver even puts it into my fridge, arranges them by date, and tosses out the old stuff. Now that's service! No one is better than these guys.

These guys are the best. My company orders a few dozen bagels from Noah's Bagels and an assortment of cream cheeses every Wednesday. The breakfast guys deliver at 8:00am sharp every week. The bagels are fresh and they even double bag the garlic bagels so all the bagels don't taste like garlic. The cream cheese is always chilled so you know it hasn't been sitting in the back of a delivery van all day. They have a pretty extensive online menu, now I just need to get my boss to order more of it. heh Their delivery menu includes a ton of different baked goods, fruit platters and even dairy products like milk and cottage cheese.
