I don't do negative reviews but my experience with Stanford Bookstore has been nothing short of the WORST. I ordered a Swim & Dive team sweatshirt on 12/1/2025 for a gift for grandson who follows their swim team. I have tried relentlessly to get details on my order - they had several when I called to check after 2 weeks and had no update on "process". Left msgs, sent manager emails, when I did finally speak with someone was promised to have manager call, NOTHING. Now...1/18/2026...read full review
