Gomen is my family's favorite restaurant. At other restaurants, we'd be chugging water, but here, we feel soothed. Our favorite dishes are cold ramen,Korean Style Chanpon and fried rice, and on weekends, we always go for the free kid ramen. They also serve you some K popsicle or mochi ice cream as a complimentary dessert.
Gomen is a fantastic ramen restaurant. They have an amazing selection of different ramen types, as well as dishes like pork fried rice and chicken karaage. Great service. And they even have manga to read, both in english and japanese. For dessert, you can have mochi Ice cream or an ice pop, on the house.
Walked in on Wednesday around noon and it was not busy. Our servers did great at attending us (in training servers) quickly and bringing out food promptly. Probably took 20 minutes for us to receive our food. We ordered the tonkotsu ramen with mild spice. There was no spice at all which so I would go up a level if you wanted it a little bit spicy. We also got the chicken fried rice which was very good. It was big enough to share between two people. the ramen was also shareable...
