This is my regular 7-Eleven, and there have seldom been problems, so I'm not giving them only one star. Today though, after I parked at the pump, I then found out that the entire station had no gasoline. There were no signs to the fact to dissuade me from pulling into the 7-Eleven. They also have neglected to replace their glass front door from the current plywood, nor another large window. Other than that, it's a 7-Eleven with decent cleanliness and fair service.

We made quick stop just to buy some water, the toilets were closed, and coffee was not satisfying. All over it was not great experience.

Machines don't work. Little English, not very polite.

Business owners doing the best they can with incompetent Democratic California politics. Where's Stockton PD at?

This store is great. The employees are friendly, and will also make you feel safe. Whatever you do, don't steal from them. Like Teddy Roosevelt, they may speak softly, but they carry a big stick!

For it being in what's supposed to be a good part of town across from the police station it's infested with people that need help in the employees and workers there or very nice I never seen anybody can judged based upon how you look

Njce enough people running the placeRight across from the police department

The service was great! The store was clean. It's the people outside that makes the store unpopular. And it's across the street from police station.....

7-eleven Ms. Rani, the cashier or the owner was very displeasing woman. As a customer, that had been traveling for more than 5 hours, stopped to fill the car, and requested to use the restroom. When I came inside she told me that her bathroom wasn't a public bathroom. I reminded her I was her customer and as a courtesy she should allow me to use it. She scolded me in front of other members of the crew and the customers. Unfortunately, as much as I like 7-eleven, I won't fill gasoline there ever again. We are called to be peaceful no matter who you are...

Friendly people and good customer service. A lot of the reviews mentioned the homeless people but they don't bother me much (I've been in that situation, so I understand them a bit more). Great place in my opinion.

I knew before I went in the store that customer service were two words that were written in the place but the workers have no idea what that means. The worker said three words "Next in line" No greeting. No offering a bag. No thank you for spending money at the business. No excuses. I would give 7/11 a 0 if it was possible. Another business I won't spend my money at!!!
