I did like the staff they were very nice. The were out of white rice but my daughter choose brown, but when were got done and asked for a fork they were out of that too and gave us spoons. We were on the road you can't eat this with spoons. Had I known there were no forks we probably would have kept driving.
Do not order burritos here, especially for pickup! Ordered a burrito (double protein) and it was the size of my fist…Horrible portion sizes for the price you have to pay. Bowls are decently worth it however

They hella skimp on toppings here, especially meat. Not even a full scoop. Will never come back here again

The store is clean, the food is fresh, and orders are made quickly and exactly as requested. However, some visits had issues: one location was out of white rice, so brown was chosen, and there were no forks, only spoons, which made eating on the road difficult. Another order was a bit messier than usual, and not all the toppings wanted were available, though the flavors were on point. In one case, guac was forgotten on a bowl, but the discrepancy was fixed with a large heaping cup of guacamole and some chips on the side, with an apologetic and professional response. Overall, the food is great, and the customer service stands out.
