We contacted Elizabeth at Country Catering for a very last minute catering order to be arranged across the country (as in the day before, after 1pm PST). She was responsive and so easy to work with! We weren’t sure what foods would be best given covid restrictions and we weren’t sure what was possible so we made several changes after the initial proposal. Country Catering & Special provided the food and drinks for our organization's 3- day conference. The food was fantastic and set up beautifully- we got great feedback from our participants! Patty, Stacy, Dawn, and Alexis were especially great at setting up. They were friendly, efficient, and hardworking! A special thank you to Elizabeth as well, your guidance and expertise when selecting the menus was so helpful. Thank you for making this a wonderful experience!

Country Catering & Special is a highly recommended catering service. The food is consistently delicious, with fresh sandwiches, tasty potato salad, pasta salad, Chicken Marsala, garlic mashed potatoes, and green beans. They provide excellent service, delivering on time and setting up perfectly at the customer's location.
