I ordered the day before and was told the pizza would be ready by 2:30 the next day. I called before picking up the pizza at 2, and I was told the pizza was ready. When I got there I was told It was not ready and I waited 25 minutes. I was really upset because I was lied to.. Maybe if I order 2 days prior, maybe it'll be ready. Or maybe I just won't order!Parking: Charter Way. Hard to find parking!
Ordered online for curbside pickup , waited a long time for our food then I asked one of the delivery drivers where our order was , turns out someone else drove up and said they were me and stole our order. The manager was super nice and apologized over and over and remade our order super fast and then gave us a free 2 liter of soda and some killer brownies for free!! I drove away a happy camper! Good job charter way dominoes!

I would give this Domino's a perfect rating EXCEPT the parking is a nightmare depending on what time you go. The staff is always friendly, nice, helpful, and apologetic about the parking and it's not their fault it is horrific! Still, with parking so bad it is my favorite Domino's to go to just because the staff is so awesome!!! Good job... You guys make it worth while to come here!!!
