Horrible service took 1:30 minutes to make our pizza tracker said it was ready twice and ordered was not ready I went inside to ask and the guy said we are behind the trucker doesn't mean anything your order should be ready in 20 minutes. Get rid of the tracker if it doesn't mean anything

I'm not going to lie, we order a lot from dominoes and pretty much get the same thing. For some reason though this last time there was just way too much sauce added and it made it a little unappetizing to say the least. I mean I doubt anyone wants to bite into a pizza and have it literally drip sauce off of it. That's just too much.

I’m so upset, the first time the messed up my order, I let it go because mistakes happen right ? The second time they messed up I gave them the benefit of doubt, and the third time they messed up I AM LIVID! they don't answer the phone the store doesn't close until another hour my kid has a food allergy and ham is the only thing on the pizza I AM SO UPSET no one is even answering and I want my money back POOR POOR POOR POOR SERVICE

Can’t remember the last time we ordered Dominos Pizza. It was delivered to us hot! Delicious 2 topping pizza,16-Piece Parmesan Bread Bites, 2 liter coke! Not to mention fast delivery! Too late for photos! Sorry. WE devoured it! Thank you, Dominos Pizza 7908 West Lane Suite 219! Til next time!

Found a fingernail in my “Emergency Pizza.” Immediately took it back and was informed that they don’t wear gloves because “it goes in the oven.” After I let out my angered insults they did refund my delivery fee, however they need to be inspected by Health Agency. I spoke with Amy at the West Lane location where the order was originated from.

I ordered in store and originally asked what specials they had. Specials didn't seem good so I placed an order. $55 total. I check online just to see if I can find any coupons for later and I see an ongoing special that's nearly the same thing I ordered for $20!!!! I asked the on duty manager about it and he said well you asked for large pizzas and that special is for medium pizzas. I stated if the employee would have mentioned that I could save $35 by getting my pizzas medium instead of large I would've changed my order. You would think someone with common sense would suggest such a savings but I guess they're just here to f$ck you over!! I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION AFTER THIS INCIDENT!!!!

So my 79 year old mom accidentally put the wrong phone number for delivery these people were soooo rude them manager and especially the delivery guy I even offered to pick the food up since it literally was 3 min away from house these people are so rude I will never go here

Pros - It arrived on time.Cons - Literally everything else.1) Zero consideration for disabled/limited mobility customers. Delivery driver refused to bring the food to my hotel room and essentially forced me to retrieve it from the front desk because “we’re not supposed to deliver to the rooms.” Since when? I was in so much pain by the time I got back to my room that I was sobbing.2) This franchise makes, hands down, the worst food I’ve ever received from any Domino’s ever. I ordered a supreme pizza, Italian sausage pasta bake, and the cheese & marinara baked dip. The dip and pasta were burnt black on the edges. The dip didn’t even smell like actual, edible food; it sure didn’t smell like either marinara or cheese, but some sort of fake plastic-y smell. The texture was as if the cheese had curdled instead of melted; completely inedible. The pasta was so burnt I could only salvage about 1/3 of it, and even that was terrible. Overcooked, hard, crunchy pasta, and “Italian sausage” that had a really questionable texture. The pizza was nearly flavorless, and what flavor it did have was kinda gross. Definitely not up to Domino’s standards. It tasted like the worst generic, off-brand frozen pizza; it was barely edible and certainly not enjoyable.$60 for this?! You’ve gotta be kidding me!Corporate needs to come in and completely overhaul this location from the ground up. I can’t fathom how on earth they could’ve gotten this whole experience *so* wrong.

Ordered veg pizza with ranch dressing. No ranch dress and pizza crust burnt. Mgr said that's how pizza looks. I said, I want new pizza. He said 45 to hour wait. I took his picture. He said no picture leave or cop's will be called. I said go ahead I will wait for them. Left pizza and will never go to Domino's Pizza again, and will tell others not to either.
