Consistency matters me to me. It's one of the reasons why I go to chains like Dominos. Unfortunately, consistency can be hit or miss with chain places, depending on who's working that day and how much they care. All I can say is, whoever was working around 5:00pm on 10/5/2023 cared. My pizza came out perfectly cooked, with even amounts of cheese, with evenly spread garlic crust, which I love. Would give 5 stars because the pizza was pretty good. My problem is, I paid online and when I went in to pick up myself, I asked for chili pepper packets, and was told that I needed a dollar because they come in a little shaker. Well, I didn't have a dollar because I paid already. That sucks. They can keep the shaker.

Found a fingernail in my “Emergency Pizza.” Immediately took it back and was informed that they don’t wear gloves because “it goes in the oven.” After I let out my angered insults they did refund my delivery fee, however they need to be inspected by Health Agency. I spoke with Amy at the West Lane location where the order was originated from.
