Due to state & county health guidelines and ongoing pandemic concerns, the university needs to significantly reduce on-campus housing occupancy for the spring 2021 semester. Very limited housing will be available based upon significant need.Students requesting on-campus housing should be cautioned that campus life will look very different than a typical campus experience.Most buildings will be closed, and there will be no face-to-face social events or student programming.
The hub of the University Center. Home of all the dinning rooms-multiple cultural foods featured, bookstore, and conference rooms. A great place for parties with the home of a couple of ballrooms. They also have the River Room for a finer dining experience.

Bon appétit delicious. The Organic Salad bar is better than the more expensive restaurants in the Western United States. Their menu is changed daily with a great variety of different dishes including a daily vegetarian option. Students and guests alike should really appreciate this.
