Starbucks Coffee Company has good food, good coffee, and good service. The staff is friendly and the facility is clean. Service is timely, but food is somewhat overpriced. The baristas are always friendly. However, the drive thru layout can be a problem when it's busy. Some customers have had issues with their orders, such as a green tea raspberry Frap that was too watery. On the other hand, some customers have had positive experiences with their orders, like a shake and oat milk espresso that was made correctly. The staff is usually quick and efficient, but some partners have been known to have horrible attitudes. Overall, Starbucks Coffee Company meets expectations with its good service and clean environment.
