Consistency of Drinks is never on point at this place. Yet I continue to give them the benefit of the doubt being I live close by but today was more about the service than the quality of drink.Today I noticed my drink lacked a certain color Color which usually means the drink will taste milky instead of what I usually come in for. I asked the broista if she added extra caramel she replied with more attitude than there was caramel in the cup. I let her know the reason for me asking(color or drink) she rolled her eyes at me then dropped down acting as if she were doing something only to talk negatively about me to her coworker.(coworker glanced over stood straight in a “come on man” way). As we pulled off I took a sip and i tasted a large presence of dairy when in fact I always order oat milk and there was a regular amount of caramel as the caramel never reached the bottom of the cup.Due to this all it seems like the miracle mile location will be the only place I go from here on out.

This place just gets worse. I stop this morning to get my coffee and the 75 points for ordering $5 or more. I order a large cold brew… large to ensure the points. I add a shot of sf vanilla.I ask the girl in line, this will give me the 75 points for the special today, correct? She states yes, you actually are right at $5. I thought that was bizarre because I know it doesn’t come out like that.I go to the window, and sit… sit… sit… then the girl just hands out the drink. Clearly not a large! I check my history and it was charged $4.95. 5 cents under the allotted amount needed. No points given!!!This place is bad. They continue to worse with no accountability. The owner should be on top of service more than anything because it’s a national chain so we already know the product.I will not return. Shame on me for giving another chance

Line was incredibly long, service was slow and the drink had to be remade.
Came by today at this location, met the managers mason and Devyin! Great managers ! Super kind and caring, fast service they provided for me. Loved my sugar free golden eagle! Will definitely be coming back to this location. Excellent vibe

I go to this Dutch Bros in specific as it is a bit closer to home and every single time I'm there, I'm always greeted by one of the nicest employees Marinella (or Nella)! Just last week I had such a great interaction with her. She had asked me if I wanted any recommendations as I'm always getting the same drink and she'll give me some bomb recs! She never fails accomodate and always holds great manners. Huge shoutout to her and always keep up the great work :)

I downloaded the app and got the welcome drink (which is free for any cold drink). We waited in the drive thru line and someone came up with their tablet and took our order. The line was a little bit long (we did go on a Saturday) and waited for 15 min till we got our order. There was amble of space for a long car line though, we didn't impact any traffic, which is great. I got the camp out nitro cold brew drink, which is really good. Lite sweetness, very frothy, macadamia nutty taste. It definitely satisfied my craving.
