I got a pick up order and I thought the doors were locked because I couldn’t open the doors. I tried knocking but there was no answer. I ended up calling the store and they said you had to pull the doors hard to open it, and it worked.
I got an original pollo bowl and it was a decent 7/10 for fast food standards. Came with chips and salsa which were also good.

Once you can get in the door (hard to open), ordering is easy. Food is served hot and fresh. Staff are mainly young high school kids, but we all started somewhere. The restaurant was quite clean.

Solid grilled chicken that's flavorful and doesn't feel too greasy. Love the fresh salsa bar and tortillas. Service can vary but it’s usually fast and friendly. Portions are decent for the price. Feels like a healthier fast food option, which keeps me coming back.
