I love this place. Even when they didn't quite get my order right, they had no problem re-making my food. And even gave me a little extra. I'll keep coming back!

Girl that took our order was very rude. She was on the phone, gave her the benefit of the doubt… maybe she was grabbing a phone order? Who knows. No good morning, no nothing. As I was looking at the menu she kept saying are you ready yet, are you gonna order… keep in mind no one else was there. Her attitude was terrible. She claims to given us our change but did not. When we asked she got very defensive. Keep in mind we were standing there the whole time. Maybe she was just having a bad day. Burritos were super oily and no flavor. Been here before once and the guys there were nice, and food was good. Not this time.

This is by far my favorite taco truck. The salsa roja is amazing. My only gripe is that when you call ahead orders often, they don't start making it until you arrive.We've had nachos, burritos, and breakfast burritos here and all were amazing.

Tried about 10 different taco trucks so far in Stockton. This by far has been the best! Ordered a chicken signature burrito. It’s the best, most flavorful I’ve had! Service was very friendly, kind and super fast!

Used to be my favorite spot earlier this year (2023), but recently in the fall, the quality has changed. The asada is very salty compared to before — albeit juicy and tender — and the rice I had in my burrito was not soft and fluffy. The individual grains would fall out the burrito and seemed to have been made hours ago— or at least, not heated up to order. The amount of asada in the burrito was also much less than the several times I have visited this year, and it was mainly full of this chewy, room-temperature rice. There is a lot of competition in this area, and we’re not ignorant to changes like this.

Went to Fuego Taqueria and I ordered Asada fries, a super burrito and tacos from my family. Honestly, the food was delicious. There was so much flavor compared to other taco trucks. You can tell the quality of the meat. Definitely worth a couple bucks more I had to spend for the quality. Also, there horchata was amazing. Highly recommend this place my new favorite taco truck !
