Jack in the Box in Stockton

“I went to Jack in the Box on 11/5 at Dinner Time. There were 4 cars 🚗 in the Drive Way, so I decided to go inside instead to avoid a Long Wait. I used to work in this Industry and I Still Remember that the Best Immediate Service is the Customer in person face to face. I and Another Customer waited 21 minutes! That's way to Long! I left very upset. My Order was their $7 dollar special that I Like! I asked for a courtesy fry. I was handed a kid size fry. After I left and was at home, I then Realized I was not given my two drinks for My $7.00 Special. I went back and I complained. The cashier at the time of my service was running around as she did earlier filling the orders. There were Only 3 employees. One was Make, chilling in as a cook and the other female was changing Advertising Signs. I explained to them that because my order was 21 minutes late, I was not given my drinks and received a child fry, I had no other choice but to Write a Review. The front cashier said, I forgot to give them to you, but they were both ready.
More employees should have been working during dinner time and no one should be Chill while one employee is running around and the other is changing Advertising Signs standing over food that is still cooking and is packaged.“

“Out of all the Jack-in-the-Box is I have ever been to in California ,this has to be my favorite one. The food is always very warm and done fresh to order. My favorite thing to eat from here are the tacos and the curly french fries and the churros and needless to say they are always very crunchy and fresh. Plus the service their employees are very nice and friendly so that is always a plus. Best believe I will be back for more Jack. :P“

Not only is she one of the most powerful, important, highly educated, extremely loyal, and respectful managers I've ever met, she's the world's greatest cook of all time. Every time I go there, before I order my food, I always ask if Momma Jean there. If she's not there, I won't eat. She cooks your food just the way you order it. She never makes any mistakes. “I've been going to this Jack in the Box since I was just a kid, I had an initial bad experience a few months ago, however it's been several months since that incident and I'm proud to say that they've improved by several magnitudes. Customer service is now consistently 10/10. I continue to proudly go to this location multiple times a week. I've yet to have a food error at this location and I have nothing but good things to say.“

“I love Jack in the Box for their chicken sandwiches. They’re consistently perfect and look just like they do in the commercials ??, which is rare compared to other fast food places. The service is good too, nothing to complain about. They even ask if you need any sauce with your order, unlike many other places that just hand you your bag and rush you out. The overall experience is good and the chicken sandwiches are delicious ?.“

“I stopped here on the way home from running an errand. I ordered ahead on the app and when I got here, the man at the window was cheerful, efficient, and friendly. He made me feel good about my purchase and the food handed to me was hot and fresh.“

“The drive through ordering portal is my only complaint. It seems like the audio quality on both ends is poor. I’ve had communication issues on several occasions. At least they have a screen showing your order but it doesn’t always seem to be working.“

“The workers are really nice and friendly, and food is made quickly. Soda machine was out of almost all drinks except for diet, caffeine free coke and Fanta. I asked a worker if she could fill my cup with her machine after explaining about the machine and she was happy to get it. But, it was still caffeine free coke... Why isn't the machine restocked? Now for the food. I've been on a smash burger kick for a while and finally came to try it, since claiming the best fast food burger's... I was highly disappointed with this burger. $8.99 for an extremely small burger for a smash burger especially for that price. When Chili's has a meal deal big smash burger with an appetizer, fries and a drink for $10.99. or Applebee's bacon burger deal with bottomless fries and drink for $9.99. the bun was the best part caramelize onions blended in with the mushie meat and extremely salty cheese. I definitely will not order this again. It almost killed my whole smash burger craving. I also got the Caesar chicken wrap which was delicious.fresh tasting ingredients,the tortilla was soft. Perfect amount of ranch dressing. Way way better than the McDonald's that I remember from years ago when I would eat there. (Mud butts second only to Taco Bell). The chicken was a good size piece and very flavorful. Yes, the economy is high, but $3.99 is kinda high, I would go $2.99 and I would get these daily for a snack. Also, I did the free Jumbo Jack with the receipt I got with this and came back the next day with my son after stopping in a Delta College and WinCo and realized I paid $5.99 for a Jumbo Jack to get a free Jumbo Jack, when if you used the app, you could get them for $5... I remember them at $.99. but the patties scream fake meat. Like a downgrade of the hospital burgers. (Those are actually really good when you're in there for a month.) I almost couldn't finish the burger. Bun was soft and the tomatoes were perfect, lettuce was fresh but it was the flat outer part of the it. My son got the $6 deal with a chicken sandwich, (tiny) fries, tiny tacos and a very small drink. Tacos are great, but can be bought at the store and deep fried at home. The zesty avocado sauce is killer though. I want a gallon of that sauce. He said the sandwich was alright, but their lettuce was flat had horrible addiction to the sandwich. All in all these two days have cured me of fast food for a while. Home cooking or restaurants for now. The best thing was the Avocado sauce and tiny tacos. The $6 value meal is worth it though, but maybe with the other choices of burgers.
Still, as I mentioned I won't be eating fast food for a while now.

Parking: A small parking lot but it really isn't busy inside, mostly drive thru, but it is connected to a gas station so...“
