the prices have gotten so much higher than the last time i came. i just went to jack at 12:00 am on 12/9/25 it’s always have been the worse experience i don’t like the way they make such small portions for the teriyaki bowl and barley out any chicken, the cashier had such a bad attitude. if anyone ever wants to go to jack in the box don’t come here i would declare this as the worst in stockton

I went there on 09/23/2025 at 11:00pm and the guy wrapped a chicken sandwich in a bag that said combo cheese burger and didn't give me the combo cheese burger. This is very unprofessional.

Ordered here on 9/8/2025, got food poisoning here from a burger which I believe may have been undercooked. It gave me really bad stomach cramps, a headache and bathroom issues. Felt really sick but 2 days later I feel better still with stomach issues but I hope this is taken into account 👎🏼
Every time I go there they are out of so many things, ranch, sodas, cheese, the loaded fries, the loaded tacos, chicken strips. Half the time I go there I have to ask what they DO have?

Place needs to have the bumbs kick out on the back side . Went through drive trou as i did not want to stop also signs are all wrong on promotions says one price and tell you a different amount . Combo show 3.29 but when they rang it up a came to over $12.
