Great service 🥰👏🏾. The people are always friendly and helpful
Hello, I frequently come to this Starbucks, and the staff here are incredibly sweet, but today one particular staff member was not pleasant. I made an online order for five drinks and when the staff brought them, she shoved the water aggressively which almost made the drink fall. The staff member was a female who had brown and blondish hair with a tattoo on her hand. Starbucks off of arch road is a go‑to spot for coffee and drinks. The vibe in the store is super welcoming and the service is fast even when busy. Employees are friendly, super nice and helpful with suggestions, and they treat customers kindly with hard work and respect. Drinks taste good and are consistent every time, and the music changes to a different genre each time, sometimes Disney music, made a great vibe. The location has parking and a delicious bite to eat, such as the Pesto Egg breakfast sandwich combined with kale mushroom egg bites and Cold Brew coffee. Warmth, professionalism and outstanding service made the day brighter, and customers keep coming back.
